I bought a car from Car giant over 2-years ago. The car was faulty and I unfortunately had to return the car back. The car at the time was registered in my name but despite returning it within 14-days I've been continually chased by the DVLA for various fines from somebody else despite notifying them that I no longer own the vehicle. I've had bayliffs turn up at my property and ivé had no choice but to pay thousands of pounds and can't get the money back despite trying. Car Giant have been no help with this and it's caused a huge amount of stress.

After my car was written off just before christmas I needed a replacement, and Car Giant were great. Seamless from seeing the ad on autotrader to driving away, I wouldn't buy a second hand car from anyone else! Before I went I had questions re service history which were answered with one phonecall. On the day the trainee Tiean was brilliant, very helpful through the whole process and took me for the test drive. After going through the paperwork with her and Ibrahim I went for lunch and my 'new' car was ready to drive away when I got back. I discovered an issue that existed before I bought the car, and after getting it fixed myself Car Giant refunded me the repair cost with the after sales team responding very quickly. It was very refreshing dealing with a company that was so straight forward and quick with a resolution. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a second hand car. My only negative is the location. Extremely short test drive due to roadworks at the end of the road but it was enough to get a feel for the car. It was also daunting driving an unfamiliar car through London rush hour traffic but it's not enough of a negative to affect my score of 5/5

Bashley was very supportive in helping me find the car that I thought was right for me. I was somewhat indecisive but he reassured me that the car i was planning on walking out with had the specs and features that I wanted in a car. My son also wanted to test drive a car, Saydul offered support to him (given that it is going to be his first car and all). Overall, customer service and the banter with Bashley and Saydul made purchasing a new car and enjoyable experience.

Dont touch this company ..i have bought several vehicles but never again ...i test drove a renault captur and seen an orange tool light on dash ..service required in 100 miles ..i still went back to office stupidly gave them 200 pound to reserve ..i was then informed that no warranty came with car and just enough diesel to get me to nearest fuel station ..upon returning home my insurance company strongly advised against purchase and i telephoned only to basically be told hardluck ...we are keeping your money i have emailed twice to which they couldnt be bothered to even reply ..keep your money folks please and go elsewhere .

The service was friendly and helpful throughout. We were seen quickly, had all our questions answered by our sales rep Stephen, and left the same day with a new car.
