I got my Acty truck last month, and it was in great shape, espeically considering it’s over 25 years old. The whole process, from purchase to delivery, only took about a month, quicker than I expected. The CarFromJapan team was really helpful, answer all my questions quickly. Overall, great service.

I bought the kei truck I've always wanted through CarFromJapan on October 1st and had it in my driveway by the second week of December. My experience with them was smooth and easy. My experience was great, I got the truck and all the documents needed. There were some flaws and lack of info on the car but that was moreso the dealer! The carfromjapan team especially Jun was super helpful.

Austin was very helpful and honest with the vehicle description and explaining the process to get the truck delivered to Jacksonville. I had many questions along the way and Austin was always quick to reply to my emails with answers. I will likely talk with Austin again in the near future to purchase my second vehicle.

DON'T DO IT! THEY ARE CROOKS! Sold me a 23k illegal car and now I'm out of 23 thousand dollars. They did nothing to help me once I told them customs wouldn't release the car, told me it was my responsibility now. Didn't honor the 100% guarantee..

Jun was amazing with my purchase of a 1996 Suzuki Carry from Japan to Baltimore MD. Let’s just say a few things. Jun was so responsive and made this process very easy. I had no idea what I was getting into and their website and Jun combined made this easy. I took the risk which wasn’t much of a risk for my first import. This is a five star review because I value customer service. Few things on the truck. There is way more bed rust than the photos show but it’s something I will fix myself (it’s an old car I don’t expect it to be perfect). The tires were dry rotted and had no tread so I immediately took it over to get some tires (again this Dosent effect the review just letting people know to budget for stuff like this). Overall Jun was amazing and I will be buying another one in a few weeks! I’m excited to enjoy the purchase!

What made my experience a 5 star journey was purely Mr.Austin. Buying a used vehicle from a foreign country has immense risk. Mr. Austin guided me through the process flawlessly. I found the van my wife has always wanted and Mr. Austin reassured me with patience and professionalism. The communication was timely and on point. I would but another vehicle from this company and request Mr.Austin.

The car was in excellent condition matter of fact I’m so in love with my Nissan Laurel. Phenomenal experience again with Jun and her team at Car From Japan! I purchased a 1996 Honda Acty Van, I got it delivered about a month later. The process was very smooth and relatively quick compared to my previous imports. 5/5 would purchase again!

This was the third vehicle I've imported with Ken at Car From Japan, and each time, the experience has been brilliant. So easy to deal with, hassle and stress free, great communication, they know exactly what documents we need to get the car cleared. It was only 2 days from the ship arriving to me driving the truck out from the wharf. Of course the truck was exactly as described, in great condition.

If there was an option for 10 stars , I would have gladly selected that. Carfromjapan.com is 100% legit and they made the process far more then easy for me to import my Toyota hilux. Considering they are over seas, their response time was amazing ensuring me communication untill my vehicle was in my possession. This was my first purchase from this company and AMI was my go to person from start to finish. She was with me every step of the way, even when the ships weren't moving due to extreme weather she was able to get my truck on the next ship out for transport to get it over to me. I must admit it was a long journey, but in the end it all worked out and I got the truckni wanted as it was exactly described to me from photos to conversation I had with AMI. Thanks again to AMI for sticking through with me, I greatly appreciated all the help she did for me along with making sure I had it to my door. That was her guarantee that she would be with me till I picked it up in Toronto, Ontario. Canada. For future buyers I used Livingston through my importing and transportation to Toronto. It might be a bit more money, but it worked for me as having the same company do the importing and transportation made it easier for me not to mention less stressful.
