I couldnt be more pleased. I began my search of a Kei truck and having plenty of photos along with a video of the truck running gave me confidence in buying a used truck half way across the world. CFJ made the process easy and was there to answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend CFJ when purchasing a used vehicle. A+++++

The best part about CFJ's system is how simple it is to actually find and procure a car, making it a good alternative to trying your luck at the auctions. Once you have started the process, you don't even need to go through the annoyance of a bank transfer but instead have the option of using PayPal and once you've gone through that you will have easy access to the documents necessary to get customs requirements taken care of. In my experience, the supplier was quick to respond to enquiries so no issues with the communication. Overall, I would say CFJ is a good option for getting an import if you're tight on time, want to avoid going through an importer or the hassle of finding the right auction site.

When I first inquired about a small utility vehicle I was interested in Car from Japan was very helpful in finding the vehicle we wanted with all the specifications we requested. First time importing a car and Ami was able to help me with all of my dumb questions! Car was in great shape after receiving it, just like the pictures showed. Won't be going to anyone else!

How Amazing! I imported a small kei van with the help of Cars from Japan. This is a pretty complex process due to California regulations but Car from Japan was extremely helpful in pointing me on the right path. Communication was prompt and friendly. I give them credit and then some for being more attentive AND having better service and communication with than a US dealer in my experience. Car from Japan was always amazing in the process, and I ended up with the Kei Van of my dreams!

I imported a small kei truck with the help of a friend and the help of Car from Japan. This is a pretty daunting process, but Car from Japan's role was solid. Communication was consistent and friendly. I gave them some feedback that the documents could have been mailed with a better service on the US side than USPS, as the documents were slow in getting to me. But Car from Japan was always attentive, and I ended up with a great little low mileage and well taken care of car.

First time importer here, didn't really know what to expect. Ms. Jun ran me through the whole process from start to finish, which made it fairly easy. It's a fairly long road, especially after buying it and filing the paper work to export and import. I was even recommended an import specialist to help with all the customs paperwork too. I received my car in great condition, and now I'm able to enjoy my R34 Skyline around my city. My bad if this review is all over the place, not the best.

Thankful for our Honda Fit GE7! We had a good experience with Sean, even though there is a time difference he was helpful and punctual. We were nervous to order but happy we did, we love our new car! A bit of a struggle to find parts in Canada but have managed to find parts through beforward.

1st purchase of Kei minitruck. Picked one from their site. Fast to reply with confirmed availability and total price. Ms. Jun was very helpful. Coordinated with broker. Timely with paperwork. Truck arrived 3 months later. Condition exceeded expectations. Everything works on it. Looks like a new windshield and battery too. Overall very pleased. Newport News delivery.

They made the process so simple. I accidentally bought the wrong vehicle at first but they refunded my payment fully. Then I order the one I wanted and the communication was great. They explain everything and in no time I was tracking the ship bringing my car to Newark, NJ. Then I went to get it. The tires were in great shape all the liquids full and it ran great so I probably did not need the towing dolly o had taken.A guy there from Michigan said he was driving his straight to upstate New York to a friends house. I was impressed that used car dealers in Japan really keep them up much better than what I expected. I walking into the dmv in New York State the next day and registered it for $412.

Car of Japan is a reliable company. I was able to get my Honda acty without any problems. They are reliable and trust worthy. I would recommend them.

I purchased a 1995 Hijet. The vehicle arrived in the condition as it was represented. The process was seamless and smooth the exception of working with the shipper and getting the vehicle released from port the instructions received from the shipper were clunky at best with poor customer service I would recommend using cars from Japan, but be very wary of dealing with the port and also the shipper.

Ms Jun was very professional and a pleasure to communicate with. We had a mishap with loading my car (wrong one was loaded). Ms Jun quickly managed to have my car on another ship. She referred me to an excellent agent and the entire process went very smoothly. In fact, I way overthought the process but Ms Jun and my agent, Ms Dixon, walked me through it. Thank you very much! The car is beautiful and far exceeded my expectations. It is a 1998 Rover Mini and I love it.
