Very easy process, was pre approved walked in pick my car, did paperwork, and gone. Took all of 1 hour tops.

Reliable they made sure when I called to see about having my battery switch they may switched it without an issue they came in and lock my doors when my battery was giving me issues They are very honest and trustworthy I would definitely definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a vehicle

Jordan and Brandon were great at CarCity in Portage. I had a little snaggel at first but they helped work through it and was very upfront and honest.

My experience was neither great nor awful. Everyone I worked with was very pleasant but made me feel rushed and like they did not have the time to answer questions fully or appropriately. I had asked for a couple small things to be fixed before taking my car home and was told they did so but was disappointed to find whatever the short term fix they did lasted a day after driving off the lot.

This is our 3rd vehicle from Car City. Jordan Rock in Kalamazoo has been so very good to us. Car City is the only place I will buy a vehicle

Car city of Cadillac, Ryan and Tyler have been absolutely amazing, I don’t think I could ask anything else. Whatever I need they’re right on it with no questions asked

Don't ever buy a car here had my car 6 days took it in they had it a week said they fixed the problem drove away just to be left stranded they never fixed the problem they sale p.o.s cars now stuck with a car payment on a car not drivable. Haven't even made first payment

Very caring and works well with what you can afford. They do not push you into anything and can test drive all you want without questions.they approved us on our income,not our credit and will help us with credit . very straight forward with program and highly recommend.

I really like how they don't try to force you into a vehicle you do not want. The staff was easy to talk to and if they didn't know something they asked someone else to get you an answer.
