Bunch of loan sharks they say 39.00 down they want me put down 2000 down on a 7000 car I don't think so I went to a dealer ship

I gave Car City the price i could afford, and i have bad credit, and they met that price without going over it after papers were signed, which had never happened when i shopped at Rivertown Dodge Dealership. Very happy with my purchase and recommend others to stop by.

The sales men are nice guys. I would highly recommend buying a car there.

I really did not care for the manager that helped me and my husband with the paperwork side of things. He said initial here and then initial here and when there were questions he would say I can explain that to you later when I have more time. I eventually called back and received the information from the sales person that retrieved the car and got it ready for us to leave with. He was extremely knowledgeable about the contract and the information that was given was very well understood. I wish that we would have been able to have him throughout the whole purchase of the car. Me and my husband also felt so rushed like we had no time to make our decision. We also have had many issues with the vehicle and have asked for these to get fixed and have got no word or return phone call from the active manager. My husband and I feel that we were lied to and discieved throughout this process. The also gave us a sheet of yellow paper for us to sign that states that we have three day to change our mind and when we went back we were told that because we bought the car on a Saturday before close that we have already used our three days to change our mind because that started Saturday. I would not recommend that any person that is not knowledgeable about purchasing a car to go somewhere else.

This was very easy and quickest ever at a car dealer. And yes the payments are high but that is what you have to Pay when you don't have great credit. They are going to make you pay out the butt for having a bad credit score. That's life and it only gets worse from HERE. But the nice thing about this place is they warranty the cars and the cars are very nice clean and low miles.

Approval process was easy. Selection was great. Lots of car within our approval range. It was great to work with both Steve and Bill. The only complaint was the payments are high BUT the down payment was wonderful.

Hi! I bought a car there, which I love! Brought it in for just a few touch ups and Car City took care of it. Kyle, Jeff and Henji were VERY nice considering I was challenging due to something I was dealing with. They were still very nice and accommodating to me; even heated my coffee for me😁 Overall....so glad I chose Car City!

I can't say enough about Car City. I had been at a few dealerships prior, and had been treated horribly. I was a waste of time. At one dealership, they gave me only 1 option for a vehicle, I still don't know what the approval amount was. But when I asked about a vehicle that was the same year, less miles, same make, and $1,000 less than the vehicle they wanted me to have....they told me that was not an option, Really?? Car City treated me with respect, treated me like a valued customer, gave me numerous vehicles to choose from and up-front about cost, payment, and what's expected. They were friendly and very helpful. I would absolutely recommend Car City to anyone.
