If I could do negative stars, I would. Everyone there is so rude, and extremely unhelpful. I can't even explain my anger with this place. I absolutely despise it.

There was only one time since my dealings with car city that I felt like I wasn't getting adequate service. Outside of that it all ended up well and with me getting into another vehicle. I have Ben a customer for 8 years and not a problem just pay your bills on time. It's hard to lease a latter model car and for tax reasons it works better to lease then buy for me . Zero problems with three trucks wish ya all the best

Thanks for the car I needed one, but interest is literally 100% I guess that's what you get with bad credit, I just know I will never do this again due to the price its crazy how much they charged for interest I was sad, but the car is nice not as new as I wanted for 20 grand and it literally fell apart 2 days later they were prompt when fixing it but my God. Ill NEVER use them again, only use them under desperate circumstances.

Car City in Muskegon is great customer service. I was very happy with my 2011 Chevy Malibu and I can't believe they actually took in trade the car I had , it was a rust bucket awful not worth nothing barely and I got a whole $1000 off my total so that was awesome! My third day landed on Saturday so unfortunately I had a engine power loss come up on dash and then check engine came on after I washed the front of my car. I did call and leave message on Car city and the Precision 1-800 number to let them know and they called me back. It seemed to go away after my car dried so I think It's okay but I'm going to call to see just in case! Other then that I've very thankful to have gotten a new car!!
