I was so impressed with our service that Car City and Jordan provided...I would highly recommend!

Excellent service and great vehicles to choose from.

The sales people lie thru their teeth tell you anything to get you to get a vehicle then back out on everything they told you after you buy the vehicle. I got suckered into a vehicle and have no choice but to pay for it but will never recommend these people to anyone

Had my Vehicle only 2 wk and the whole electrical system went crazy. They said its the cold but I don't believe that. Now today again my vechicle is doing the same thing. I have not had a month and I already have problems. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!

It may take a bit of time but they are helpful I have bought 3 car from them

The time spent in the store waiting for the paperwork to be done was not very necessary. I spent so much time waiting for paperwork to be explained, because the representative was busy greeting people and assisting them with questions while I was waiting for her to finish with them and get back to me. What should have only taken a couple of hours ended up being almost five hours at Car City. I was not happy about that and when you mark out time to do something that should have only take a couple of hours, and plan on doing something else. This is very upsetting. Everything else was fine.

Great service, very friendly people, made sure I understood everything, my only complaint is they keep me waiting for a long time. The guy that was supposed to help went out for a cigg break. Came back in and sat and talked to the other worker

This is a great place to go to if you're looking for a reliable vehicle, but don't have the best of credit. Jordan and Scott were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Within a week of being pre approved, I was in the vehicle I was searching for. They went out of their way to bring the vehicle I was interested in from another dealer location to a location closer to me. Exceptional customer service seems to becoming more difficult to come by these days, so it was refreshing to be taken care of as well as I was. I definitely recommend Car City to anyone in search of a used vehicle that is both reliable AND affordable.

Too expensive! I know it's for people with bad credit ! But pmts r far and above average person has ! With insurance rates so high it's just not feasible
