My experience from the beginning was great until after signing paper work. To simple things to things like not receiving a call about my plate to not having $100.00 deducted off my vehicle from being reffered. There is a lot of miscommunication in this place and i felt like i made a bad decision already.

Car City in BC very awesome customer service. I had no issues getting an approval. Everything went so smoothly. The next day I took my sister in-law to get a vehicle. Jordan and the other office gentleman took very good care of us.
You need extra help at Battle Creek we had an appointment and it still took over 5 hours to get paperwork done

Selling cars that do not run well. Repairs under warranty are done with old parts or in an attempt to salvage existing parts. Salesmen are polite but have no knowledge of vehicles.

They have such a huge selection of vehicles that there has to be something you want. Everyone at the Grand Rapids was awesome. I would recommend Car City to anyone looking for a good quality vehicle!

Service was awesome. People are super friendly. Vehicles are over priced. My 2009 Ford Escape was priced $5,000 too high. You can't buy the vehicle. You must lease it through their program. So now I have to pay $22,000 for a $8,000 vehicle
Really great experience going there to get a car. They were fast and helpful. Two hours from beginning to end. Walked out with a car. Payments are high but they work with your bad credit. As long as you have a job you can get a car.
