I've been with Car City for 11 years. I've always had an outstanding experience. My only comment is that I would like more options that are newer, with less miles.

Where to start, has been 2 weeks and have had the worst experience not only with the vehicle, but the employees.

I am pleased they were very helpful and it didnt take much time to get approved. Once everything was completed i drove off the lot with my choice. They were polite and answered any questions i may have had.

Waited well over a half even though I already had all my paperwork done before I even came in to look at cars. After deciding I then waited another 45-60 minutes to get in to do my paperwork. Slow process overall not enough workers for the amount of people they waiting.
