I bought 3 parts but only 2 parts were delivered. I’m asking for refund I have emailed them 5 times but no reply.
Car Parts has room for improvement based on customer feedback. Customers particularly appreciate service and quality, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.

As regards my order and delivery I can't complain. Everything worked out fine. Item (a wire connection for headlight of my VW Touareg) was original and worked perfectly. Delivery arrived even one day earlier than announced, although over easter holidays. Price was fair. Only delivery costs together with customs charges which where not mentioned before increased the total amount considerably. Therefore one star less. But nevertheless recommendable and trustworthy.
Please note they are based in Germany not in Ireland. This creates a lot of problems.
Was not expecting a good outcome after I read these reviews. I paid a ridiculous shipping price and it took a week to arrive,but my order was perfect. Not giving 5 stars because when you pay that much for shipping, you should get it sooner.

Parts never arrived even though SEUR courier service shows delivered with 2 different tracking numbers Car-parts.ie customer service only help was to tell me I MUST DEAL WITH THE COURIER. NO WAY TO GET A REFUND UNTIL PARTS ARRIVE BACK AT THEIR WAREHOUSE. Which means if lost you loose your money. AVOID AT ALL COST. 200% FRAUDULENT COMPANY

ECPS Group to avoid at all cost. Found them in global online car spareparts portal, was told by a lady from Poland to deal direct with them for "better deals", Big Mistake! Unreliable/ Dishonest/ Unethical sales tactics. Missing parts. Persistent denial on 2 orders wrong item delivered. Buy from Exotic Car Parts and Services ECPS Group AT YOUR OWN RISK! PAINFUL & EXPENSIVE LESSONS LEARNT!!!

AVOID these crooks.i ordered 10 parts which 4 of them were wrong.They have listed parts under OE numbers which should guarantee compatibility and yet they blamed me for ordering wrong parts.This company is AUTODOC under different name so as another 20 I found all of them are same crooks,I surprised they still run bussines.

Dont walk away.. RUN!!!!...... Dishonest jokers that will waste your All of your Time!! Either through painfully slow delivery or by BSing you when you ask for order status, return issues or refunds. I was completely tricked by this website, its a new face to Autodoc, who i have previously done business with very vety poorly and vowed to never do business with again. Here they are 2 years later with a little rebrand but the same customer experience.... Snail Slow delivery and communications tailored to BS and Mislead you. If you value your time, aviod their lucky dip warehouse and shop somewhere else

Ordered a number of parts from car-parts.ie - my first order. One of the items was a set of rear brake pads. I ordered the Blueprint brand as I'm familiar with them and they also come with new brake pads clips. On processing, I found that the brake pads had been substituted, without my consent, for autodoc's own brand Stark. Both Stark and Ridex are autodoc's own brand and are both identical parts, just different branding. These brake pads do not, as per the description, come with the clips. Additionally, the Stark and Ridex pads are "generally" cheaper. In this case over six euro's cheaper. I say "generally" because when autodoc substitute parts, they suddenly increase the price of the substituted product to make it look like you got a bargain. In my case, the Stark part price was suddenly increased to 45 euro! The Ridex ones are still at the original price, and interestingly, the Stark ones as still the original price on the German site (15 euro). Whatever about substituting parts - this happens, and I'm sure the Stark are ok quality - but this dishonest practice of manipulating the price of the substitute part is just shocking, I have essentially been overcharged for a part I did not order. I have contacted customer support but have not heard back. At time of writing my order has not yet shipped but I expect that by the time they review my case it will be on its way. I will be sending them back at autodoc's expense.

Great service,paddy and Eric are sound and they really know their stuff, I wasn't sure what type of battery I needed for my renault fluence and they sorted me out, gave me a great price too

This is a review carparts.ie (autodoc)which is extremely misleading. Polish or German?? Disgraceful service Warranty means nothing, Sold faulty turbo Taking 3 weeks jumping through hoops AVOID AVOID AVOID

I ordered a turbo for hyundai i40 for 330 euro and six months later its broken. I have tried and tried to contact Carparts.ie to no avail there was supposed to be a one year warranty with this part. But they have my money now so they don't care.
