Wasn't hapy with the trip one bit was a birthday trip was the place Durham didn't like it one bit sorry for this review but it's my opinion was a trip for my birthday wouldn't go again never had any stops stuck on bus for three hours then four hours in Durham

The coach travel is excellent and the drivers helpful and friendly. It's good value for money but don't expect 5 star accommodation or food. My friend and I did the Folkestone and Bruge 5 day holiday. I don't think it's worth going to Bruge for the day having only about an hour and a half but the town looked stunning what we managed to see of it, it's a long day travelling for such a short time. We will book with Caladonian again

Good variety of trip options and great customer service

I spotted a trip I wanted to go on that had no single travel places. I called to ask if it was possible to go on the trip and was just told no. There was no further help. Then I called again, got a different person and they were very helpful. They called the hotel to see if they could offer another single room and I'm going on the trip. So the service could be good or poor depending on who you get.

Great bus tour to York for 5 days, great service and great hotel, Wheatlands Hotel, great staff, pleasant driver, excellent all-round

Easy to book and the staff are polite. Hotel in Torbay was inviting and comfy and I have already booked up again

Was a fantastic day out. Really enjoyed it. Need to stay more days to do other stuff in Liverpool. 1 day not enough. Driver was really funny and entertaining. Would 100% recommend Caledonian travel for day trips and probably other types of stays. Can't really say anything else as only done this day trip. First time doing a trip out with Caledonian.

Been away twice this year Arrochar and Llandudno both excellent value excellent 5 day breaks ,very enjoyable and fortunately we had excellent weather .Already booked for 4 days to the Isle of Wight at the end of August. Cannot fault this company for the great value breaks they offer .If I was to pick fault with one thing it would be that some of the coaches are a bit tight on leg room .The drivers are a mine of information and great company .

The coach was on time to pick up . Very clean I side . The seats was comfy . The driver polite and helpful

2 day trip to Skipton, settle,grassington and steam train that never was 30 min trip to travel 4 miles found it very disappointing as was the canal cruise. As for the bus driver the worst I have ever experienced on the many trips I've done barely got one hour to explore settle & grassington and we were back in Glasgow for 4pm never been home so early in all my past trips.
