Great internet booking system and even better Customer Service when ringing up with a query regarding individual requirements. The staff/ agents are very knowlegable and helpful, they even ring back as promised. We love the value for money prices, where on earth can you get such a bargain with everything there is to offer on each trip. I wouldnt go past Caledonian Tours, the trips, are fab. Its a great company with a great reputation. Keep the offers coming !

Not having to dfive

Had a day trip to alton towers didn't get thre till like 12 only to have 4 hours in the psrk what a thing is wrong it's not a day trip at all i be popping in tomorrow see someone about this not happy at all

We had an absolutely fabulous time on the “Taste of Italy”trip with Caledonian. The Drivers Graham & Kev, couldn’t have done any more to make it such a wonderful experience. They took the hassle out of everything and the trips to Florence, Rome and Pisa were awesome! In this crazy world we sometimes forget that there are people out there ready to do whatever it takes to ensure people have a lovely holiday. Graham and Kev were a lovely reminder. Many thanks, we loved it!
