The young man Chris was very helpful and polite. It’s unfortunate now that the tariff for a single room is not only very expensive but unfair making other holidays with Caledonian questionable as my friend and I are not comfortable sharing but the price now is prohibitive.

Hotel was too far out of Blackpool
Easy to book and driver very friendly and had a great day out. Got another two trips booked one a day trip and one for three days
When l complained about Blackpool & Chester zoo they agreed with me but never got any compensation after paying for no food for childrens evening meal broken coach seat that was reclined so l had to lean forward 3 times had to go to reception for bedding as the childrensbed 9 pm when l finally got it The children had been up since 6 am they where shattered

It was a lovely weekend and the hotel was great but we didn’t get very long in the different stop off points meaning there wasn’t enough time to see things. We were at our hotel for 4:30pm and I feel we could have arrived there later and had at least another hour seeing the places we stopped at.
