I disliked that I have booked three holidays, paid fully for two and had my seat changed for the August holiday. Surely booking well in advance, which I have to do for a single room, ensures me the seat that I have paid for.

The hotel claymore was completely inappropriate for elderly or anyone with mobility issues or a disability. No lift or assistance from staff or movement if bags and cases. Corridors with many doors and too many obstacles. Breakfast arrangements and organisation or direction of customers was chaotic. Trip to Firt William was spoiled by not having enough time to visit properly due to an extra unplanned detour to low falls at an extra cost of £7.50 per person paid direct to driver ??? We will not use Caledonian again and would like a refund of the £15.00 for both passengers paid to driver for unplanned detour arranged by driver as well as refund of the cost of the Fort William excursion that was supposed to be part of the original tour.

very bad experience

Booked a weekend trip to Warwick Castle & Chatsworth House. Was a nice weekend trip, feels like it could of been 3 days not 2 days away, time we picked everybody up & finally got to services for break didn't have much time at Warwick Castle would of been better to go to Bakewell then Hotel, Sat : Warwick Castle, Sun : Chatsworth House. Our Driver was Peter who was good didn't tell us what times to get back on coach or dinner times over the mic had to ask. We arrived at the hotel 5.45 Dinner was at 6 a bit rushed didn't have time for anything, Driver was good & helpful with everybody on coach like turning back to collect something, someone falling over. Hotel was lovely, well kept, but don't take CASH which doesn't help some people, don't know where the rest of the food was had soup, pasta, beef, chicken wraps but no rice, chips, potatoes go with it, smallest pud after, breakfast was ok with potatoes ?? which could of had them for dinner. Was a LONG drive back home after Chatsworth House on Sun, even having NO break only for driver still got back home late

Great service as usual been on several trips with Caledonian coach trips great value for money clean comfortable coaches knowledgeable drivers n good hotels

Pleasant and helpful

Friendly drivers and very helpful to people like myself that have a disability. I go on average 5 trips a year. I go to Arrochar every year and we go on the same trips that I've been on for years it would be good if you could do different trips alternate each year because it's always Oban and Fort William even though they are nice it would be good to see somewhere else also please could you give this a consideration

Well organised great coach helpful driver and staff at the hotel and the additional trips were really good hotel was in a great location too.We certainly plan to go back again this year.

Easy booking process, staff in middlesbrough shop always very helpful, very good value for money and drivers are always pleasant very knowledgeable and most very funny.

Stayed at Shanklin beach hotel from 7th to 11th July.Had booked 11 months previous requested a sea view.Understand not everyone can get one we had room 220 have stayed in bigger caravans looking onto a brick wall.Iron twin beds which my hubby caught his legs on.Food awful .Staff nice and trips good had a lovely driver.This hotel seriously needs attention.Acouple on our tour booked the night before and got a sea view with a kitchen?? Went to a local pub and they said on behalf of the Isle of Wight I apologise for your hotel what a reputation it has !!Would Never recommend this Hotel

The driver was in and out of traffic and very close to cars in front. This made myself and another parent very unnerved We also didn’t like the pick up time as the children missed the foam party at the York maze
