Smooth ride, great driver

driver was on time and very nice

We had a very pleasant experience with our driver. The process of renting was a bit confusing at first because we had more than one person emailing us, but that quickly resolved. We were able to get all 28 children to camp in one vehicle. This makes for a stress free journey! The driver was very helpful and delivered us safely to and from. We will likely use this company again!

We traveled from West Chester, Penna. to Durham, N.C. for a family reunion. We had a marvelous experience!!!!! The driver was on time for EVERYTHING. She was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. We were all impressed with her driving abilities. The 2017 56 passenger bus was the best!!! We appreciated having all the space, comfortable seats with electrical outlets, movie projector, etc. The microphone allowed us to easily play several games of bingo. All in all, my family was more than pleased and are looking forward to working with Bus Rental for our next adventure.

The 2017 Sims Family Reunion. We booked this company to take us to AC and they did a superb job. The driver was courteous and professional. He explained the details of our trip and we had no problems going or coming. I would recommend this company to anyone.

We had them for a wedding pick up our guests at hotel and drop at church and later to the reception. Everything went great! Busses were very nice. I was worried they would be on time, etc but it could not have gone smoother.

US Coachways was a breeze to work with. Jimmy Dinardo was knowledgeable and always answered my e-mails and phone calls. I would recommend them to anyone.

Transportation services arrived on time. Drivers were courteous and helpful. I had to edit one of my charter's pick up time at the last minute and the reservations clerk worked with me to adjust schedule. They were very terse and impolite in the communications leading up to the wedding. We confirmed with them the morning of the event the time at which we expected them. Then they arrived an hour and a half late. I reached out after the event to discuss this and they said there's nothing they can really do. They offered me $50 off (the equivalent of 5%) off a future bus ride. They showed little sympathy or concern about the inconvenience they caused. This left 40 of our wedding guests stranded for over an hour and we got back home after midnight as a result.
