Our driver was there early, on time, was incredibly professional and a safe driver. I really appreciated his professionalism. It was a great experience overall. I had a great experience with my internal partner, the driver was great and responsive and the trip went smoothly. The website was extremely difficult to navigate, kept locking me out, etc. so I would have to rely on Tom to make sure everything was confirmed. That part was confusing and frustrating but everything else was A+
I used a charter for my wedding guests to get to and from the venue from a hotel. They said they had the best experience and the bus driver was fun and made the ride a blast! I could not have been more pleased!

This was my first time booking a bus for a trip on my own and I have to say it was a positive experience. Driver was on time trip went smoothly and even the booking process was great. No complaints. This will definitely be one of the top companies I always consider, however I may consider other services due to pricing.
