Late bus and poor service
They were very terse and impolite in the communications leading up to the wedding. We confirmed with them the morning of the event the time at which we expected them. Then they arrived an hour and a half late. I reached out after the event to discuss this and they said there's nothing they can really do. They offered me $50 off (the equivalent of 5%) off a future bus ride. They showed little sympathy or concern about the inconvenience they caused. This left 40 of our wedding guests stranded for over an hour and we got back home after midnight as a result.
