I felt there were some hidden fees that were unclear until processing. Our group plans to Uber next time as it will cheaper and more convenient. The bus itself was nice and the driver responded quickly to communication.

Awesome experience. We even left a little later than planned, and he was super chill. Only thing i wish there was an aux cord, but other than that awesome trip down and back.

Rented 24 seats bus for the wedding. Everything went very well, except that my guests wanted to leave earlier and they tried calling dispatch to the provided numbers. But the numbers were unreachable. So they waited for the scheduled departure time.

Good experience but the bus was late picking on both journeys. Company was brilliant at being flexible in changing pick up times etc.

EVERYTHING was perfect! Driver was early to arrive and called to announce his arrival. Bus was clean and comfortable. Special thanks to our driver Dominic who was courteous, professional, and assisted us with our event items.

The people that rode the bus you're very happy! The driver was outstanding and they all had a great experience and felt very special. I have been told that much of this had to do with the driver. The arrangements and activities leading up to the event were excellent and I felt like I had excellent communication with the representatives of the rental company. My contact throughout this process was Cliff Phillips, and his Communications were outstanding.

My experience with Busrental was great. The online quote process was quick and easy. Shalonda Solomon was fantastic assisting me with my many questions and Andy our driver was so accommodating. I would highly recommend this service to anyone.

We had a great time thanks to our driver. He was punctual and professional and because of him we were all able to have fun and relax on our trip. He also allowed us to play our own music- whats not to love!?

Our ride went pretty smoothly. Our driver was pleasant and courteous, however, the bus was not in perfect condition. Several monitors were missing and a few air vents were faulty/broken.

The drivers arrived on time. They were helpful.
