The bus driver was excellent, however the bus seats was uncomfortable for people with long legs. Otherwise it was a great experience. We will book again next year.

Everything was great! The dispatch communicated with me constantly about the whereabouts of the bus and I was able to have a quick pick up and drop off.

It went very well! he stayed at the venue and was very considerate! someone did lean up against the window and opened it a crack and we got yelled at for that but other than that there was no friction

Review: Bus Rental.com Booking #621450, March 11, 2017 We were surprised and disappointed when the bus first arrived at our pickup point. The bus was a dirty white vehicle with its front bumper hanging off the vehicle and no apparent name that would identify it as a US Coach Ways or a Bus Rental.com vehicle. Boarding the bus was filthy, the bathroom was non-functional and an immediate concern is this vehicle capable of the long journey! There was not enough space for out luggage due to one third of luggage area was filled with tires, tools, fluid containers and what appeared to be spare parts for the vehicle. We were forced to bring some luggage inside the bus using our seats as luggage space; thus cramping our personal space. It seemed like the bus driver was using a GPS device for speed monitoring, as none of the dashboard gauges appeared to work. The bus was certainly NOT representative of the pictures advertised online! My account representative Salee Brooks was excellent. The bus driver was good at 'driving the bus' and getting us to our destination at JFK airport, safely and on time. However, he was NOT helpful when he knew we were short on luggage space and did not offer any assistance.

The company was incredibly unorganized and hard to communicate with in the process of planning our trip. All in all, we got home safely via clean vehicles, the only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one. We received no booking sheet, the contact was hard to get a hold of during the planning process, and we ended up having to call dispatch multiple times to figure out where to find the bus.

Driver was early, Bus was very clean and driver gave good instructions to where he was parked outside a very busy Washington Nationals Baseball Game. Excellent Driver! Very Impressed and would certainly use again.

This Bus service was awesome for my family getting to and from our cruise in New York. I will use this company whenever I need transportation for my family moving forward!

I shopped around and price was best, driver was great and everything went smoothly. Bus was clean and company surprised us with a mich bigger bus with a bathroom(highly appreciated!)without charging us the difference because they said they knew with our event(a funeral an hour away from the church ) it would be difficult to estimate the number of people. We had way more than enough room!

I had two opposing experiences with US Coachways. We went from North of Sacramento to Santa Cruz on a Monday and returned on Friday. On Monday we couldn't have asked for better service. Our driver was amazing and the bus was clean and comfortable. However, on our rettiurn charter we had quite a different experience. The bus smelled like a porta-potty because the tank hadn't been emptied, rendering the bathroom useless. The driver didn't know where he was going, got lost and I had to pay the tolls. It was unnerving being the teacher in charge of a large group of students and worried whether the bus was going to get us all home.
