The day-of trip was fantastic. Drivers were on time, contacted the point of contact to let them know they were close, got everyone onto two separate buses and made it safely both ways. Two things I would note (not negatives but things I wish I would have known): 1) they won't let you have two separate leave times for the bus without a lot of leg work that we didn't feel was worth it (both buses leaving the event at the same time was fine), and 2) there was a billing mistake at the beginning (overcharged our deposit) and after an hour with customer service and many emails, we never did get the refund we were promised. The reason this isn't a negative is because the overcharged deposit still went towards the final bill. Just be careful with the booking system and be sure to call them beforehand if you have any questions.

Buses and drivers were wonderful, however the registration process was unclear and confusing, and we never received a confirmation/receipt until requesting one.

We had the best experience with our bus and especially our driver. We were a group of 43 ranging from age 16 to 74. We traveled from Manitoba Canada to Dallas to play in a hockey tournament. We could have not asked for a better driver. He was friendly and kind, always had the bus ready for us and always got us to where we needed to go safely and on time. The best part was that he became part of hockey family. The bus was comfortable, clean and roomy. This for sure made our trip a much better one. Thank you

Booking was a little difficult. Had to play phone tag for 5 days straight, but otherwise they were accommodating to my schedule.

I have used this company twice now and would highly recommend.

I received a quote and a week later confirmed it. Then proceeded to get an email every day from them saying "in progress". After a few days, I contacted them and asked if there was anything else I needed to do (fearing I would lose the quote). They said, "No, you should get a final confirmation in a day or two." Meantime...went on vacation, but checked emails daily. Still daily email of "in progress". Then was contacted by them via email with a question. Immediately responded but thereafter still proceeded to receive the same generic email of "in progress". Finally, almost 2 weeks later, they say they can't honor the quote and have risen the price nearly $450. Meanwhile, buses in the area have all been booked up because of high demand for an event leaving me with little choice. Questionable business practice and a lack of transparent communication will make me not use them again.

Driver was friendly, responsive and helpful

Our bus driver was very pleasant to work with. Got us to New York early and got us home safely. Only issue was communication with the pick up. Other than that it was a great experience!!!

We were transported to and from Baltimore, Maryland on November 22, 2017, the day before Thanksgiving. We arrived in Baltimore in time to have a leisurely lunch before going to the theater and were returned to Mt. Vernon, NY safely by Dominic our courteous, safe and accommodating driver. I definitely would recommend Bus Rental.
