Terrible experience! I ordered a pair of boots on Nov. 26. The boots were scheduled to arrive on Dec. 6. I waited and waited. When I inquired by phone on Dec. 22, Browns said they would open an investigation. Nothing happened. I inquired again in late December, and Brown's sent a condescending email about how "frustrating" it can "when an order shows as delivered but was never received." (The order was never delivered, nor was it ever "shown as delivered.") However, Brown's again assured me that an investigation was opened with Canada Post on Dec. 22. There were no updates on the Canada Post investigation by Brown's, ever. Finally, on the 4th call to Browns on Jan. 27/22, they gave me a refund. I made a separate inquiry with Canada Post and they confirmed that no package was ever sent by Browns. I definitely don't recommend purchasing anything from this company online, ever.
