Amazing customer service

Ordered a pair of Ugg ultra minis. I wanted to confirm they actually had the right size and it wasn’t a back order item, so I started an online chat. They confirmed with me that my order was received and that my size was in stock. They arrived 3 days after I ordered them. Fantastic customer service.

Ordered a pair of uggs for my moms…

Ordered a pair of uggs for my moms Christmas present never received the order, called customer service. I got my refund but there was no explanation for why I never got order. Don’t order online. I ordered on the December 6th I had to call them on the 19th to get my refund.

I ordered a pair of Uggs slippers Out for delivery on Dec 19 On the truck at 8 am from Telcom delivery service I never received them Tried calling Telcom On hold for over an hour Contacted Brown's On a Chat all I got were excuses Now I am out $ 142 A gift for my son Never shop online from Brown 's Terrible customer service Bad contractor for delivery

Browns disses Indigenous Peoples!

Browns does not honour Indigenous peoples' tax exemption status for online orders and deliveries to our communities. It's their 'policy'. Attention Indigenous Peoples': Boycott Brown's and contact head offices to change this policy -- boycott until it's changed.

Be so careful with this store online

Be so careful with this store online, they pre authorized my card 4x and I STILL haven’t gotten my money back through my credit card. Even though it will say “your address doesn’t match” yes it does, it’s browns shoes and customer service says well, that’s just too bad now isn’t it. Not our fault. DO NOT SHOP ONLINE AT THIS STORE

BROWNS a FRAUD STORE here to make money and then YOU SUFFER

as I reviewed the previuos reviews and saw that brown is a terrible company I was skeptical if it is still important of me to write that Browns is a TERRIBLE HORRIBLE place to shop NEVER EVER EVER make this MISTAKE of buying at Browns,I bought $300 boots previous winter and it didn't last the season including the heel came off and the zipper broke..... it's not wearable,I went back to Browns shortly after buying to show the defect of the product and I still remembered the Great service I got from the guy when I bought it(OF COURSE HE GETS COMMISSION)but when I came back I got NASTY NASTY RACIST service and obviosly stayed with no boots

DON’T ORDER!

Ordered a pair of boots TWICE due to being sent returned pairs. Paid $330 a pair, now have almost $700 tied up. Boots came with scuffs, scratches and no original packaging. The tongues won’t lie properly due to all the inner packaging being removed by whoever owned them last and returned them. Reached out to customer service and was told to just continue to return and repurchase. Never again.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. Never again I shall buy any of their product. Purchased a pair of shoes from them. Used it inside the home for only a couple of hours. They refuse to take it back. They charge top prices but the quality of their product is questionable. What they tell you and what they practice are two different things. So please do not buy their product if there is the least possibility that you may end up returning it.

Never again! Don't buy online.

Terrible experience! I ordered a pair of boots on Nov. 26. The boots were scheduled to arrive on Dec. 6. I waited and waited. When I inquired by phone on Dec. 22, Browns said they would open an investigation. Nothing happened. I inquired again in late December, and Brown's sent a condescending email about how "frustrating" it can "when an order shows as delivered but was never received." (The order was never delivered, nor was it ever "shown as delivered.") However, Brown's again assured me that an investigation was opened with Canada Post on Dec. 22. There were no updates on the Canada Post investigation by Brown's, ever. Finally, on the 4th call to Browns on Jan. 27/22, they gave me a refund. I made a separate inquiry with Canada Post and they confirmed that no package was ever sent by Browns. I definitely don't recommend purchasing anything from this company online, ever.

Worst store to shop at Browns

Worst store to shop at, annoying customer service makes it wanting to leave right away. Shopping online gives me calamity and nobody bothering me. Also all their girls don't have a dress code. Dressed as s l u t s (st- Catherine location) and full of stupid attitude. Never again!

I had excellent customer service from Claudia Vernazza when I recently purchased 2 pairs of boots at Square One location. The boots had to be ordered. It only took a few days for them to come into the store. Process was without issues. Thank you Claudia for your help and knowledge

I will be back. Competent and kind personnel.

I brought back a defective pair of expensive UGGs.(6 weeks after I bought them) The salesgirl was extremely polite on the phone and said there would be no problem to bring them back. When I got to the store, my boots were exchanged with no discussion and both manager and salesgirl were extremely nice. One of my best store experiences in Montreal. Thank you Keela and Maoro

Very poor customer service!

Very poor customer service!Mind boggling really. It took 6 days of calling ( never got through) and emailing the email address they provide to request their return shipping label. I am certain they hope customers will just give up and keep the products. Like nothing I have ever experienced and I guarantee never will again, as I will never shop at Browns!

Worst customer service/rude employees

Worst customer service! Ordered pair of womens size 8 boots for xmas, received a size 6, called right away and asked for new pair to be sent. They had to send out a postage return tag so i had to return it wrong pair first. First of all there mistake the onus is on them to correct asap. Secondly the return postage took 4 days to receive (which is a long time for an email that i had to print out, before i could return. Once in the mail , i asked if a new pair would be sent, and they said i cant get refunded until they recieve it and i would have to place a new order, after i get my refund. Confirmed they got their package bank 3 days ago, yet no refund. Called again to confirm and a girl hung up on me. Every call cost you at least 20 minutes on hold. As i type i am still on hold....

This company is the biggest piece of s--t I have ever dealt with they talk more bull---- andlie to you about your order send you a tracking # but the order never lives there wherehouse when you check your tracking # all it says is shipping info sent to FedEx so 2 weeks later and and they say FedEx has not come yet but the lady on the phone says that FedEx come every second day but have not came in 2 weeks what a f------ joke

VERY POOR SERVICE

VERY POOR SERVICE, LOST MY ORDER, AND THEY TELL ME TO CALL FEDEX AND TAKE CARE OF IT MYSELF. THEY DO NOT WANT TO REFUND MY LOST ORDER. ALWAYS DIFFERENT ANSWER EACH TIME I CALL THEM.

The worst website i have ever dealt with!!The worst website i have ever dealt with!!have placed a big order for several pairs of shoes, the order I ordered 4 pairs of shoes from this company on March 17 of this year. It took them almost a whole month to give me a tracking number but before then it took so long to receive the tracking I asked 3×'s to be refunded my money back. They keep sending me bull 💩 emails saying how sorry they were and that my order will arrive soon. I just wanted my money back. I received 1 pair out of the 4 that I ordered on july 29 and they were a size 11 which I ordered a size 10. I asked for my money back several times and they refuse to refund me my money. Than did reserch on this company and i found their help which is TWO ONE4₅₀₆₋₁₁₈₂COMPANY FINALLY DEPOSITED MY MONEY INTO MY NANK they do not stand behind the products they sell, and products not even second quality merchandise Nothing like the picture!!! Another dishonest sale💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩
