Cecilia took care of me at Browns shoes Polo Park in Winnipeg. She was lovely to work with. She found exactly what I was looking for. I would certainly look for her when I go to Browns again.

Claudia is a fabulous person the help find exactly what you need!!!

My husband and I were shopping in Sherway Gardens and had the pleasure of being taken care of by Claudia. She was spectacular and got him fitted for shoes and ordered online as the store did not his size. I was not planning on a purchase but she was wearing a fabulous pair of shoes and got them for me to try on and buy!! She has a delightful way about her and a wonderful energy. Many thanks Claudia….

I bought online

I bought online. Shoes were too small— Fila Disruptors. Tried my shoes on by my door and was worried about sock lint being stuck in the shoe (white shoes, black socks) would impact returns. Contacted customer service via the chat. They were very nice and helpful. Got my return done and my refund issued fairly quickly. 10/10 customer service. Order date: May 12

Will never be back in this store

Will never be back in this store. Third hand perspective, was sitting in the store trying on shoes when an old woman walked in with a cane looking for shoes. One of the workers was sitting on the counter, when the old lady came up to her asked her where the walking shoes were. Without looking up the girl points and says “over there somewhere.” When the lady asks for help again a few minutes later, the worker groans, rolls her eyes and goes to help and proceeds to stay on her phone while talking to this lady. I was absolutely disgusted.

Great shoes & service

Great shoes, great service. Siman was helping us in the Richmond store and was extremely helpful, gave us great advice and patienly helped to chose the best fitting shoes. We will come back for sure. Recommended!!

I bought a pair of boots

I bought a pair of boots! I wore them few times and the leather ripped.Very frustrating...I think they were used already when I got them. Very expensive and not worth it! Products look beautiful some of them but for the expensive price they don't last.

If I could give them a lower score I would . Such a pretentious company and there horrible customer service and online shopping. I bought a pair of Lacoste sneakers but had to cancel an order and they haven’t refunded me for a cancellation made on December 30 2023 . They tried to claim it’s the bank fault and on there end it’s saying it’s been canceled. It is know January 12 and of course I called the bank two days ago and they told me to wait 2 more days to see if the refund was coming ? Obviously, I knew it wasn’t going to be returned or else it would have already it’s obviously browns fault making me waste time by calling them numerous times telling me it’s not there fault but no refund has been given ? Know I have to wait like another 2 weeks or more for the bank to get back to me as I had to put in a claim against browns shoes . So it seems like there to lazy to look into it further and keep giving the customer the run around . So my bank can flag my account know . Because of the fact that I had to put in a claim . And they can start harassing me also . It seems like they work together as a team ? 😂. Because of incompetence from a store that have the nerve to look down on shoppers because they way people dress to go shopping . I don’t know why I made a purchase i said I would never shop here again . I hate browns shoes . There so greedy and there products are mostly garbage and they charge so much . Just holding up my money or watch them try to rob me . I wrote this review before I got my money back ? That’s how much I hate a greedy company . I want to be compensated for holding up my money for 15 days so far plus I have to wait until the bank investigates . Oh brother the big investigation.

I bought a pair of wishbone Sally shoes…

I bought a pair of wishbone Sally shoes and few days after its zipper broke and now they are useless to me. I asked a salesman who worked there about what I should do, he said bring it back. I took the shoes in and the girl at the store said they cannot do anything to help me. I will never buy any shoes from Browns again as this is my first time experience.I would give them zero stars.

Credit Card Charged 18 times!

They couldn't get an order to go through and kept trying. Well.in the end my credit card was billed 18 times for a total of al.pst $1000! It's now been days with no response or word of a refund and I've spent over 2 hours on the phone. Next step is a credit card dispute. But these take time and I needed this card as a deposit for house renos. Browns has screwed me out of that! Never again will I shop this store or recommend it at all!

If I could give negative stars I would!

If I could give negative stars I would! After over two weeks and multiple phone calls, it was determined that Browns cancelled my delivery with intelecom. Browns told me that intelecom lost my order. They did not issue a refund until I called TWO more times. Do not shop here!

I purchased boots

I purchased boots, was told my card declined It did not it went threw my TD Bayshore manager contacted Dec 9th told she contacted accounting would be put back in my account on Dec 11. This was not true, now they say 8 days. Very disappointed, need to train staff on approved and declined good english lesson

Scam I ordered a winter boots because they…

I ordered a winter boots because they advertised it is made in italy Believe very much in Italian craftsmanship and design received the boots by looks of it knew it is not Italian check the tag it says made in Romania! It did not fit me and for last fifthy years I buy size 9 no problem I contacted them and told them the story she responded if I have any evidence the boots are made in Romania!? I sent her a picture of the tag she responded part of the boots is made in Italy you readers be the judge. They do that a lot they are big not having any competition monopoly the market and very Greedy company it’s Christmas and gave it to my coworker,merry Christmas everyone.

Bad for ordering gifts

Has a nice selection of shoes, however the online ordering sucks. I tried ordering my friend a Christmas present and it wouldn’t go through just because my billing address was different😑 for such a big company I’d expect something as simple as that to not be a problem. Tried 3 different times and contacted help.

Not worth the price

Not worth the price. I purchased a pair of $300 leather heeled boots from Artica (shoe line by Browns) less than a year ago. The leather on the heel completely shredded. Such a bummer - they were so cute! Unfortunately I will not be buying Browns brand boots again.

Got shipped a pair of used shoe

Ordered a pair of shoes online from the store,as the two stores we went to do not have the brand new pair.It looks like someone returned it with the sole is already scratched.So we ordered it,thinking they will ship us a brand new pair from the warehouse.Arrived in 2 days,and guess what this pair is even worst then the other one.Returned in to the store .This is the second time they shipped an old pair,it happened few months back when we ordered a pair of MK shoes.How can they charge customers $300 and not shipping a new pair of shoes.
