This company stole from me
This company stole from me, worst custserv of my life. I had a big pile of returns to send back after an injury kept me off my feet. I accidentally put the wrong shipping label to Browns on a different pair of shoes I did not buy from Browns. I did also buy from Browns recently and thus have an account with them linked to all my current contact info. Nobody ever bothered to contact me when they received the wrong item in my return, which they also did not send me a refund for. I have now not been able to get a refund from the original seller either because they STOLE the returned item. It took over a month trying to figure out where this return was sent until finally I began going through my printer history to prove to the actual seller I had attempted to return it and not just ripped them off. That’s when I saw duplicates of the Browns labels. When I confronted Browns about this they just said oops! We must have restocked it. This is theft plain and simple. This has been going on for three months now. I had another return to send Browns and after requesting the return label after all this they said they would be deducting the amount of the product they stole and made profit off of anyway from my return for some reason. These people are messy garbage from the very top all the way down.
