Worst customer service/rude employees
Worst customer service! Ordered pair of womens size 8 boots for xmas, received a size 6, called right away and asked for new pair to be sent. They had to send out a postage return tag so i had to return it wrong pair first. First of all there mistake the onus is on them to correct asap. Secondly the return postage took 4 days to receive (which is a long time for an email that i had to print out, before i could return. Once in the mail , i asked if a new pair would be sent, and they said i cant get refunded until they recieve it and i would have to place a new order, after i get my refund. Confirmed they got their package bank 3 days ago, yet no refund. Called again to confirm and a girl hung up on me. Every call cost you at least 20 minutes on hold. As i type i am still on hold....
