VERY POOR SERVICE

VERY POOR SERVICE, LOST MY ORDER, AND THEY TELL ME TO CALL FEDEX AND TAKE CARE OF IT MYSELF. THEY DO NOT WANT TO REFUND MY LOST ORDER. ALWAYS DIFFERENT ANSWER EACH TIME I CALL THEM.
