Jackie at Bristol Water on 3/7/2025 who answered the phone was absolutely fantastic in every way. I had a new water meter 1 week ago and I didn't really know how to read it properly to see how much my water usage was costing me etc Jackie who was very knowledgeable ,polite,helpful,and friendly ,explained everything I needed to know. I wish there were more people like Jackie answering the phones in other public services. Thank you Jackie

I always get a rapid and useful response from a UK based human being. The latest episode was when I had to close my late mother's account. My phone call was answered immediately and the whole process dealt with quickly and efficiently. Previously we had a problem with a water leak. This was not a Bristol Water fault or responsibility. Nevertheless we received prompt and helpful support. Other utilities could learn a lot from Bristol Water.

Liam answered immediately, which is practically unheard of in my experience, and was extremely personable and helpful. This made all the difference to me as I was braced for a potentially difficult conversation and/or some bad news. Liam demonstrated empathy and professionalism and gave exemplary customer service.

After trying to set up my gas and electricity in my home which was an awful experience. Speaking to the lovely lady at Bristol Water made my day. If only everything was this easy in this day and age. Thank you fantastic service.

Was greeted by a lovely lady customer service rep this morning as we were arranging an account for our new property in Weston. It's really nice to know that customer service is still alive depending on the company you deal with. Bristol water keep up the good work it makes a world of difference.

My main drains had blocked and I had spent a hot afternoon trying to clear them myself. I phoned Will at Bristol Water at 530 PM assuming next day attendance. Will was very helpful, I was quickly phoned back and told help was on its way that evening. Toby then turned up and quickly assessed the issues. He spent over 2 hours clearing the blockage and he then cleared all the scale from my own and adjacent drains. He was professional and explained the work to us as he progressed. On completion all areas were disinfected and the drains were working as new. Many thanks to Toby and your staff.

A few hours ago received a text and an email that the local water pumping station had stopped working due to an electrical issue. Since then have only had very low water pressure (eg over a minute to fill a pint glass). Lovely chap called Ben (District Inspector) just arrived with a big pack of large bottles of drinking water - we're all unable to lift things that heavy (various disabilities) so he offered to carry the bottles of water into the kitchen for us. Many thanks, much appreciated. Couldn't work out how I could write a google review for Bristol Water, so written here on TrustPilot instead. Ben's boss - please pass on our appreciation.

I just rang to sort out a meter reading and final bill. Amazing service. Phone answered promptly by Hannah, who sorted things out in a couple of minutes. Less time than I would have spent with other companies negotiating the menu options. Not the first time I have been impressed by their service and their great team. What a shame banks and other utilities can't do so well!
