Jackie at Bristol Water on 3/7/2025 who answered the phone was absolutely fantastic in every way. I had a new water meter 1 week ago and I didn't really know how to read it properly to see how much my water usage was costing me etc Jackie who was very knowledgeable ,polite,helpful,and friendly ,explained everything I needed to know. I wish there were more people like Jackie answering the phones in other public services. Thank you Jackie

Had a major leak in our area at no fault of Bristol water. They fixed it in an unbelievable time and delivered water to their priority service customers (family and friends of mine who are registered) even after the leak had been fixed to ensure they had a supply incase anything happened over night. Amazing, amazing work!

I understand that things are difficult in the Nailsea and surrounding area due to a burst water main. I was very pleasantly surprised when a lovely chap from Bristol water deliver some bottles of water to our address this evening. We are considered a priority household; yet, I didn't expect a water delivery so fast. These guys are doing a fab job this evening! Thank you, hopefully you get the problem resolved soon

I was managing a water account following a bereavement, and had experienced difficulties in contacting and sorting issues with a number of businesses/suppliers. However, I cannot fault the ‘phone team at Bristol Water. Every call was answered promptly, I actually got to speak with real people, who offered clear and helpful guidance, and were very human and thoughtful. Karen and Shelley are two of the team I recall on two occasions, but everyone was great. Many thanks to all- such service makes a huge difference.

Rang with a bill query. The phone was answered straight away by a lady called Laura. She was friendly and helpful. Laura looked into the issue and resolved it there and then I could not be more complimentary about the excellent customer service and I hope Laura gets the recognition she deserves. Paul.

Had a big bill. Called and although my drive was in accessible for a couple of days all sorted.. few issues sorted by customer services and all over spend credited plus when I look back on my ever increasing bill (I put to inflation ) I had a credit back equal in my mind to a year free water.. didn’t have to ask either As we can’t swap companies for water perhaps the system works ? .. all utilities should behave with the respect and responsibility they have been given and not feed shareholders

I anxiously rang today to pay for my bill and unfortunately take someone off the bill. Now a single parent of 2 young children with a home to run and an overwhelming amount of bills I spoke to a lady called Jo from the Nailsea Branch and just wow. She made me feel at such ease and reassured me the whole way through the phone call. Going through different options with me to see which best fit for me. With no judgement, Her calm and caring manor really helped me today. Wish all customer lines had someone like Jo. I hope you keep hold of her she’s a gem to your company. Thank you. L x

Bristol water doing repairs overnight and drilling late I phoned Bristol water and they just said sorry they are disgusting especially when they charge for water that comes out the skies they are ignorant and self important with their so called service
