Fast appointments with Dr. Telehealth visit with Dr. Dr was professional and easy to talk to regarding why I asked for the visit. I will continue to use Brighthealth for mental health help.

I had a horrible experience with Brightside. My therapist was Diana Lugg Brown. She does not listen she is also very emotional herself. She diagnosed me the first session and when I asked for help at work she told me she “didn’t know me like that” then she hung up in my face. Her demeanor was ugly. She looked angry and as if she didn’t want to speak with me. I’ve since found another therapist and it’s been night and day. I think Diana is an awful person and I want to share my experience so that others know what they are getting themselves into. It seemed like I was just another number while working with her. She would call me while I was at work a lot. Then she had me scheduled to see her every week but wanted me to go to other drs or facilities for testing.
45 minutes for appointment is too long for me.. they redundant. The medicine seems to get my serotonin levels back on track. I'm wondering how we finish these therapy sessions.
I unsubscribed from the service and they still charged me for a missed visit
Stop pushing medication’s on people that do not want to take them. I think mental health could be also taken care of just being able to talk to somebody and not having to take medication but you people wanted to push medication down my throat and I didn’t want to take it.
My first appointment with Nisha was great. She zeroed in to exactly what I needed. I really appreciate her, and look forward to continuing my therapy with her.
I was always skeptical about seeing a therapist, but my experience so far has been amazing! Very easy start up. The app is very easy to navigate. My therapist is very easy going and she never pressures me to talk about things unless I am ready to talk about them !
