Treesa Williamson is the reason for my rating. She of course is very professional and has amazing knowledge. What I value more than that is how she's made me feel seen and heard since day one. She has never made me feel judged about my circumstances but has shown me encouragement during these tough times. I'm very very grateful for her.

Jennifer Upcraft, my care provider, is always so thorough and takes her time with me. It is apparent to me that Jennifer really does care about her patients and the care she provides them. She upped my dosage of medication during my last visit and I’m feeling like myself again. Brightside Health is a wonderful way for patients to find treatment and start medication quickly. Had I’d gone through my PCP, my wait would’ve been at least a month and I needed to get treatment ASAP. I’m grateful for Brightside and Jennifer for getting me back on track.

My doctor helped restore my sleep schedule and also my quality of life I’m grateful and looking forward to a better frame of mind which is well on its way as my sleep is restored

Awful experience. Short term minded quacks

I was having the hardest time finding a psychiatrist and nobody would take me for at least six months to a year if that and the bright side really helped me out and they were awesome and quick. My psychiatrist was extremely helpful and really made the whole process a lot easier for me. I’ve had bad experiences in the past and they renewed my faith. Thank you.

Brent Wilson ended up being a nurse practitioner who by the way was nothing short of being incompetent and asked for me to reach back out to brightside since I could be using the $95 for an entire month and with a different psychiatrist. They not only didn’t render a service but unfairly took my money. This company needs to be shutdown for malpractices and not following through with their promises.

I never realized how essential this is, in the past. Listening and understanding is crucial to me. I am getting that from Brightside.

I reached out to Brightside during a moment of need. The signup was very quick and easy. The response time was wonderfully short and the Doc was personable, comforting, and involved in my situation. Lack of communication and no help given when reached out to customer service. App is glitchy and not user friendly.
