My schedule at work changed, I went on the video call and told the lady I cant do the appointment so she changed it to the next day and I got charged $165 I could not cancel the appointment the day before nor take off from work. Also I'm under insurance. I do not get alot of income already. Very unprofessional company and only care about money ! I would not recommend.

Im currently still under care. However, I must say im glad I ran into brightside. I was at my lowest. Not going out the house, not wanting to be around people, not sleeping the list goes on. Being able to just login in see my therapist without leaving home made a huge difference for me. I didn't have to force myself out the house, get dress, etc i was me. My therapist Johnnie has changed my life for the better. I cant wait to fully recover! Im very thankful and happy brightside exists and highly recommend

Was a few minutes late for my therapy session and was told I was too late and could not do therapy that day. They Charged me $70. So not only did I not recieve help that day but it caused more frustration for me. Company is about money and not helping people.

It only takes 15 to get my refills..

I've been working with Jade Jones. Jade is a kind and compassionate provider. She's been extremely helpful. I have felt extremely comfortable in reaching out with any concerns and has been so helpful. I trust her recommendations and the system has been so easy to access and follow up with. I can't thank you all enough (especially Jade, shout out to her!)

The accessibility. I don't need a computer or Wi-Fi to get the help I need. And it's affordable in my case.

I love the professionalism and care I've been receiving. I also love the style of the app itself and being able to see my therapist at home because I get a lot of anxiety going to appointments and this helps that. Also thy check ins keep me on track. Best choice I've made for my mental health.

I like how the doc gets our appointment done so swiftly and how she covers all the bases about Rx meds. My counselor is super sweet! I don't know much more to say other than she sticks to the allotted time very politely so she can get with her next patient. Don't let this one go!

The link to the crisis resources wasn't even working. The psychiatrist they assigned to me told me she can't help me, that my case is beyond he capabilities, and to seek help from my primary care physician. I have never in my life had a psychiatrist punt a psychiatric care case to a primary care provider because they lack the skills to handle the case.

My psychiatrist was fantastic. The antidepressant prescribed for me has really improved my quality of life. My therapist was also fantastic. However, since he is so good, there wasn't much choice for appointment openings when I needed them, so that was disappointing.

Lisa my therapist is easy to talk to and I should get better with her sessions and the medication.

She's trying to get the perfect type and dosage for my problems. She returns texts promptly. I think Rebecca is wonderful she is very professional courteous,helpful and caring.

I was charged for missing an appointment that I didn’t miss. I was in the video call for myself for 20 minutes. Then I got charged for missing it. Can I give negative stars?
