After years of trying to find the right therapist, I found one at bright side that has literally saved and changed my life for the better. I’ve never felt this good before.

Still pretty new to Brightside Health. I like my therapist, but honestly, I'm not really having much luck with treatment style of my psychiatrist.

The process of online therapy is very easy. I’m a visual person and checking progress is visual. The design of the dashboard is user friendly. And the help I have received in the form of therapy has been compassionate and beneficial

To be honest, it should be some kind of way that a patient. That gets medication that they can’t be taken off of immediately without easing off of it should be able to still get a refill on the medication if they don’t have the money to cover the co fees for the visit That is my problem. I can’t get a refill on my medication because I can’t afford to pay the $30 co fees from previous clinic visits,because I am dealing with a financial tragedy right now so I have to take a break from my medication. I understand not being able to schedule an appointment and see the doctor And get therapy but not being able to get a refill on my medication that’s kind of harsh in a very business like nature.

My counselor is such a great listener and has a great demeanor for helping people. I really appreciate what she has done so far.
