Beautiful condo and the perfect location!
Unit 2510 is very nice to stay in. We have stayed in this unit two years straight.
Brett/Robinson was easy to work with. It was our second year there. There reservation process with deposits and final payment is great. Very professional place and clean and who doesn't like the lazy river at night time. So relaxing.
Great location. Great property w/ wonderful amenities
We always love staying at Phoenix on the Bay. It is so family friendly. We stayed in 1129 and it has been my favorite condo there, thus far.
My first time. Usually stay at Portofino in Pensacola but thought Orange Beach might be more child-friendly which proved true 1) The suite overall was great with a lovely view, comfortable furniture and beds, etc.. Kitchen has all of the hardware. Doesn't have things like coffee filters or salt & pepper or dish detergent. Found the back two bedrooms a bit weird in that they only have one window that opens into the lobby area so you can't really ever have daylight. But since we didn't spend much time beyond sleeping not that big of a deal. Also, meant very dark so easy to sleep late if that's your thing. Master Bedroom had a wall of windows that looked into the dining room so needed shades drawn--but could technically keep those open and the exterior ones open and look out into the water. Just FYI on the general design. 2) With kids having the lazy river and several other pools (including indoor if it rains) was GREAT! They loved all of that. And the beach is right there so easy to access. 3) Beach in front of hotel was quite crowded (which was fine since we had kids, but childfree folks might want to mosey farther down). You can rent umbrellas, but the nicer ones allow folks to set up in front of you so you can't really see the water. Other side has less nice set up but no one in front. Not sure of the thinking there. Felt like they charged a rather exorbitant cleaning fee since they expect you to have basically cleaned beyond bedding and towels. We had no issues with the elevators. Will definitely stay again with the kids. Without kids, would do Portofino.
Great for families! We loved the pool, the lazy river and the splash pad at Phoenix West II. The east access to the beach was great, and we were able to put up a canopy so we could stay a long time at the beach. The condo was clean and roomy. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
My family and I enjoyed our stay at The Phoenix Gulf Shores. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated! The view from our balcony was perfect! We will stay there again!
We have stayed many times at Phoenix west. The condo this time was very run down. The furniture at holes in it and the 2 chairs were all stained up. The oven took 20 to 30 minutes to pre heat. The night stands were water stained. The lounger was rusted and one leg broke off. The dryer didn’t dry the clothes called and maintenance came up to fix and we had to leave the dryer pulled out to use. For the money I spent I was very unhappy with the quality of the condo.
Brett/Robinson has the best vacation rentals! Our condo was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and very attentive. Our condo was convenient to the restaurants and shops. The beach views from our condo were amazing.
We enjoyed our stay, but for 12-13 years we have been going here. Over the last 2-3 times we have noticed a decline in the condos, and facilities. Memorial weekend and some of the lazy river pumps wasn't working. They had to shock the pool during people swimming. The inside pool reeks of chlorine. Check out time moved up and a cleaning fee that you do all the work prior to, and the price keeps going up with the decline in the property. With all that being said it's still a nice place its just not like it used to be.
Accommodations were very nice compared to most other buildings and units we’ve stayed in. This is a very large complex with many visitors at times. There is certainly a big issues accessing one of the six elevators at times due to 30+ floors. Waits can easily be 10+ minutes on average. There is a parking garage which takes time to navigate especially floors 4-12. Ike’s beach service provides chairs and other rentals. They also take pride in using half of the properties beach near the water which pushes others to the other side and a 100+ yard trek through the sand with kids is fun. This is also caused by the other beach chairs available for rent are behind a row of chairs and umbrellas which make it difficult to use if you’re watching kids in the water. I bet Brett Robinson and Phoenix West II could influence them to change this practice. We’ll stay at a smaller property.
Beautiful, spacious condo with great view of the water! We were especially happy with the spacious bedrooms and having so many bathrooms. Plenty of lounge chairs around the pool and lazy river. Would definitely recommend.
Very good and great
Great! Clean!
Our annual beach vacation with grandchildren! Could not have been better. Were there week between Hangout Festival & Memorial Day weekend. Weather was perfect & not usual crowds! Phoenix on Bay unit was spacious as well as immaculate! Can't wait for next trip!!
My family and I spent Memorial Day weekend in Orange Beach in a Brett Robinson condo rental. Check in was fast and easy right on the property. The condo was even better than the pictures portrayed; clean, well stocked and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the weekend and will return.
Great trip awesome experience made simple
Jackie was so helpful with our booking and helped us out when we were in a bind from another vacation company messing up our reservation. We will definitely stay with Brett-Robinson in the future!
Great time. Nice and relaxing in room and at lazy river. Very clean.
