Everything was great. Easy access and a lot of fun

Always a great beach vacation! Have stayed in one of the Phoenix condos since my kids were little, and we’re heading to Phoenix V in a little over a week! Can’t wait!!!

The accomodations were beautiful. Everything was clean and organized. We enjoyed our stay there and would stay there again.

My first vacation ever! Could not have asked for a better stay, I will be back next year!

Very nice stay in a well-maintained condo. First class property, pool and lazy river are awesome. We would love to comeback sometime, wish they had two bedrooms units

Staff was excellent. Room was excellent, everything I had hoped it to be. For the size of the building we were in it didn’t seem crowded at all. Lots of pool space and lazy river with slide was a hit with the kids. Got to get up early to get a close spot on the beach next to resort. Perfect location in between Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. Definitely will bring the family back. Utilized all sleeping space with our 12 guest!!

The condo exceeded our expectations & we had a wonderful time.

My husband and I took our daughters, daughter-in-law, and granddaughters to the beach. We've done this for several years and have always enjoyed it. This may have been the best yet! We had a great experience...professional, helpful booking through a person on the phone at Brett Robinson, who helped me find a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom condo with easy access from the parking garage; easy check-in; clean, comfortable, spacious, beautiful condo...We've booked through BR many times. We've also tried other ways. We prefer BR.

We rented from Brett/Robinson before and were happy with the ease and professionalism they offer in renting properties. This property was no exception. We rented for a family get getaway. Coming from different states. The condo was as described in every way. We had plenty of room to mingle and reminisce. We enjoyed looking at the ocean every hour. We ate breakfast and dinner on the patio. There were enough kitchen appliances, place settings, and utensils for any type of cooking you prepared. You did have to buy or bring spices, condiments, and recipes from home to make meals. There were plenty of towels. A washer and dryer was quite handy. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioner was great. The ice machine in the bar served many needs. There is also one on the garage main level. We used the barbecue pits in the common area, there are 6, so get there early. You have to buy your own charcoal. The Phoenix West are 3-4 bedroom condos. This is perfect for large groups or families. There is a lazy river, water slide, 2 outdoor pools, and one large inside pool. There are 2 large hot tubs that are inside. So refreshing. You are issued arm bands to where while on the property. Security is always checking these to keep beach goers from just walking on to the property. The beach in front of the condo is groomed daily. Awesome beach. We had a great experience.

Awesome condo....loved the furniture and all of the furnishings...loved everything about it. The view from the balcony was breath taking. My family and I will be back again next year. We were spoiled and won’t stay any where else!

Beautiful condo! Beautiful vacation location!

Our family loves staying at PW II and all the amenities. Unit 1208.. Upon arrival we found the Master bathroom had a terrible smell and hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. We contacted the front desk and they quickly sent housekeeping. The cleaning fee is extremely high not to find a clean bathroom. Both sinks in the master bathroom would not hold water which probably hadn’t been reported before our visit. The mattresses in both the 2nd king-size bedroom and room with two queen beds are broken in and need replacing. I had read this in the reviews and felt this had been taken care of so I booked this condo. I’ve stayed at this property several years and feel you should at least be able to rest for the price paid. Some of the kitchen cookware needs replacing. Overall, our family had an awesome time making more memories. Weather was absolutely beautiful! Please consider replacing mattresses, I would return to this condo.

Great place to stay!

Parking was terrible here, not enough elevators for a huge complex, after 4 getting into our condo for such high rental price , Terrible internet service and had no service on our phones a lot!!! Would love a partial refund to have paid over 600 night !!!! Not going back here!!!

very good, and clean

We typically love staying at Phoenix West 2, but we had a few problems on this trip. Every day around 10:30 a.m. our code to our condo would change and we would be locked out! Everyday!! It was very annoying to have to come down and ask for a new code everyday and the front staff act like you were the one causing it by putting in the wrong code. We’ve stayed here for 4 years straight and never had this problem. The walls and decor were also in need of updating. Other than that we had a great trip.
