Spacious and very clean! Great place to play and relax!

Booking was a breeze. Very polite and staff was very helpful. The Phoenix Orange condo was awesome! Enjoyed our stay there and the wedding was beautiful!!!

The front desk was very helpful. The unit needed some work. Electrical outlets were not working and the bedroom ceiling had an active leak in it. The ceiling had been patched (poorly) in three areas. The Complex was awesome! Very clean and impressive.

We loved it. The condo was very nice and clean. We loved the fact that they had security on the premises , especially around the pools.

Rules need to be clearly stated somewhere--beach towels couldn't hang over the balcony, our beach cart wasn't allowed to leave outside our condo door (it had to be kept inside our condo). There needs to be numbers clearly painted in the parking garage to indicate what floor you are on AND mirrors need to be installed everywhere in the parking garage (because people come fast around those corners and you dont know when someone is coming around a corner and it is very easy to hit someone). Our condo was very nice, decor, furniture, etc. In our condo we continually had to reset the TV and we went 6 days without wifi (and it was turned in on Saturday and Monday). We will definitely stay here again.

It’s hard to beat what you get at Phoenix West 2. Specifically 1506, the decor is outstanding, the size of the condo is enormous, and you can fit (in our case) 8 comfortably without feeling like you are cramped. Top notch beach front view along with hours of the lazy river and playing in the Gulf. The location is excellent. Easy drive if you want to go do things in Orange Beach or Gulf Shores. This was our third visit to a Phoenix property and we will be back again.

It is a really nice place. The grand kids loved the pool and the lazy river. Parking was a bit of a problem. I think they should at least come in and replace toilet tissue and paper towels. They should also put in some gas grills where guest don't have to go out and buy charcoal and lighter. The last beach condo I stayed in had all gas grills and if you told them what time you wanted to grill they would go out and light them for you.

This is the second time we have visited Orange Beach and used brett/robinson vacation rentals. I am very satisfied with them. They were very helpful in finding the right room for my family. I would use them again. I liked the hassle free check out. The rooms we stayed in were great. I felt they were well maintained, safe and clean. My only suggestion is that the outside grills need to be replaced. People were complaining about how slow they were.

We used Brett/Robinson in October 2018 and stayed at the Phoenix 6. It was fabulous! They were great to work with and the accommodations were right on. We are using them again for a trip in September!

Very modern and clean condo, direct ocean view , many amenities , we were very pleased !

We loved the Phoenix on the Bay! Everyone was so nice and helpful! The lazy river was fun and relaxing! The 9 year old twins had the best time! The location is quiet but still close to restaurants and other fun places! Thanks!

We lost our parents within 9 months of each other, so last year was our first sister trip! By the way, there are 5 of us sisters! This year I chose to book a week at Phoenix West II and it did not disappoint!! Phoenix West II is the absolute best of the best and unit 706 was amazing!!!! It was the best sister trip, ever!

I gave 3 stars since the condo was really spacious, but the furniture in it needs some severe cleaning or replacement, it has black nasty looking spots all over it, the refrigerator barely kept stuff cold but the freezer part work Great! Patio furniture could be better. For the price of this condo 1507, you would think it wouldn’t have these issues. the bedrooms and bathrooms are great size They just need to fix these few issue then I could give a perfect 5 stars

This was the best vacation! The condo was perfect! Our kids enjoyed the lazy river and slide! We are already looking to book again for next year!
