They Advertised A 150 Euros Discount On New Boilers I Got The Boiler And Kept On Asking For The Discount Got No Response Was Told When I Paid I Would Get The Discount But I Cannot Get It From Them
I asked them to explain how some values displayed on their portal are calculated. I went back and forth 7-10 times, talking to a different person each time. Not one of them addressed my question and gave me a satisfactory answer. They were all very vague, with a couple of links to their knowledge base articles and that was it.

Extremely satisfied with my boiler serviced for the first time with bord gais, communication beforehand was very good, engineer came and worked very hard, he was very informative giving me advice, answered my queries, showed me photo of dirt inside my boiler before flushing it out. Overall he did a great job and was very good at his job.
Engineer always arrives on time. Phones about fifteen minutes before appointment to let me know he is on his way. He is always respectful and professional.
easy and efficient service
The booking process was very easy on the website with lots of appointment options. Very easy process online. Engineer was lovely and very thorough. He even found a gas leak outside the house and had gas networks at the house within 15mins to fix the problem.
I was sent my latest Gas bill to view and as my contract ends next month I was offered a new one which was an attractive offer and so I decided to renew with Bord Gáis again.😊

My previous supplier was prepay power and I was forever topping up. BORD GÀIS is very affordable and can also top up online before the bill is due. Very handy
