The way you all took my money and I returned the devices within 2 days of receiving it and you all telling me I do not qualify for my money and I didn’t even use your service you all kept my $103.71 for no service rendered . If you are thinking about boost mobile run. They kept my money and I returned their devices and the game Elisa talk to me so rude . Would not let me speak to a supervisor, and told me she was going to hang up on me . If I asked to speak to her supervisor and wanted to know why. Well ma’am you are keeping my money and u returned their devices devices the phones and I was suppose to receipt money on Monday. No refund I do not qualify. And I was within my time limit at that. DONT GET SERVICES WITH BOOST MOBILE they will scam you.
The phone never work for me. I am trying to get the refund but you keep hiding and hang the phone up on me. I want to give you half star or no star at all.

I joined Boost mobile a couple months ago and it been nothing but a big disappointment the network is useless and weak. I run a business and while speaking to a new client for the first time, the call was dropped and I could not reconnect with the potential client. In my business that was possibly a 2k - 5k job project lost due to Boost mobiles weak network connection. When I called customer service it was 20 questions to verify the account I finally just ended the call and decided that moment to end my agreement with Boost Mobile. Secondly Boost Mobile will not refund the remaining balance on the month of which I was only 4 days into. I've been trying to contact corp to recover the balance and I'm told they dont have a corp My advice would be to completely avoid doing any business with Boost Mobile and avoid the disappointment and headaches
Switching over from many years with AT&T Boost made it simple Even came to my home to help take care of the switching process. A lot less expensive quenched the deal. 😉
Follow some challenges with setting up the account, due to Street addresses not being recognized by the system; I was finally able to establish the account and activate services. Very pleased so far with service and coverage for this area. Haven’t had an opportunity to test out of state yet… one challenge still remains with setting up WiFi calling; same hurdles with street addresses not being recognized; even one which has been registered with USPS. We don’t have USPS mail delivered to physical address, and system doesn’t accept P.O. Boxes :-)

Jasmine was very helpful, explaining my options and how to use my device to get the results I need. She also explained why it couldn't do certain things. It took me two days and several phone calls to get to see her, but it was worth the wait.
So far all great
I love Boost Mobile! I just made the switch and brought my own device. I now have reliable service and a much better cost effective bill.

I have been satisfied with my first line. When I wanted a second line, Boost would not give me the same deal I had with the first line. I bought an unlocked phone for the second line. I had to call and practically beg to receive the same offer. Seemed unusual they would have barriers for a customer who was going to pay double for a second line. I finally convinced them that my request was good for both of us. Ironically, today a customer can get a second line for half off the first year. A much better deal than I got last month.
Someone else has opened an account using my email address. When I called customer services they said they couldn't do anything.
