Custoers should be notified of special offers they had recently sought
I have been satisfied with my first line. When I wanted a second line, Boost would not give me the same deal I had with the first line. I bought an unlocked phone for the second line. I had to call and practically beg to receive the same offer. Seemed unusual they would have barriers for a customer who was going to pay double for a second line. I finally convinced them that my request was good for both of us. Ironically, today a customer can get a second line for half off the first year. A much better deal than I got last month.
