I had a terrible start by signing up with boost Mobile. First of all they sent me a Sim card to the wrong address. So I had to wait over two weeks for the card. Then I had to go through my other carrier once again to get a transfer pin number. I had one, but it took too long for the Sims card to come. I’ve spent a lot of time and five different phone calls trying to become a boot member. When the billing came, it said I owed $10 more than I should’ve. They informed me that it’ll all be OK but it has to look like that at first. We haven’t been boost members for very long. But My Husband just had a drop call and not too happy about it. I hope that this is just a glitch in signing up and not a permanent thing. Seems like I’m having issues with the talk and text, but I signed up later than My Husband waiting on the Sim card. So we’ll see what happens from here.
Poor Customer Service Need To Take a Better Care Of Customers Needs
My experience with Boost Mobile has been good with its mobile services. The cellular data isn't the most reliable, & my ongoing phone calls may sound a little muffled ( depending on the area, mostly. ). Overall, though, my phone service runs pretty well, especially for the price that I'm paying for it.
Some times service is too slow or out off services

I was a Verizon customer for over 25 years. I’m about to retire, and Boost offers a retirement price that fits my budget. There has been no changes to my service. Switching to Boost was seamless.

I spent whole day for someone to help and no one did, atill waiting a call from you guys, you told me that I should receive call after one minute upon activation my phone, now it's been teo days already no one calling me. Shame on you all
On travel assignment phone was stolen call to get number taken off my account. Because I have insurance I was told I could get a replacement phone. I was told to call boost claim done that she wanted an imei number I couldn’t give to me not having the phone in my possession. I had to call boost back to get the IMEI number I’m steady telling the lady I’m at work she’s overtalking me and talking to fast and I ask because I’m on a travel assignment can I go to a boost store and pick up the device I was told NO.
It's a great company cheap service
Everything is good to me. I don't have any complaints. I have been w boost for almost 10 years. I left for almost a year, I'm now back. I don't plan on ever switching again, unless I have major issues. But, I don't forsee me having major issues. I never have before.
