My phone got cut off. I’ve been with you guys for awhile now and asked if they could at least push my bill back a few days until I got paid. Saying I’d pay the extra bill/fee. Couldn’t help me.

As a senior citizen I needed help with phone use and didn’t get basic needs met. Never again.

The price is great! The costumer service is great! The only thing that disappointed me, that I only get two bar whenever I'm at work.
It took nearly two weeks to clearly address my concern. I spoke with at least 7 or 8 (possibly more) different associates of your customer team until one was finally able to understand and properly address the issue. It was an exacerbating experience beginning on July 3, 2025 through July 16th.
I know that changing plans and different phones along with a purchase could need some patience. I moved 3 phones and purchased one. Considering all the details it went very well, the guy did everything needed and we went home on Boost network. I got the new phone and finding new stuff daily.
It’s more affordable
The service sucks every time I try to use any kind of wi-fi system it shuts down it won't come off of Wi-Fi calling even though I turn it off apps keep downloading after I delete them because this Mobile boost thing they have with the games it's just garbage I should get a refund or at least 6 months free I feel

Cheap rate for more gb
They tell you that you have unlimited data. Then when you go over a certain amount, they throttle the data to the point that it is unusable. On top of that, they will keep nagging you with text messages and emails to purchase more data.
