The app is easy to understand, but I do not like that this app does not have a dark mode version in 2025. As a person with a handicap and vision impairment, I would like to be able to see dark mode on all of my apps. At least do it for people with vision impairment, please. I'm begging you.
Just switched to Boost from T-Mobile. Boost is a better deal but the Boost network didn't work well for us. Had to be switched to another network. Is working better now but seems Boost has an issue with RCS texting. Delayed and out of order messages.
The technician who assisted me in finally activating my phone transfer was super helpful and very friendly! Very knowledgeable and knew everytthing to do to make the transfer easy and efficient.
Boost is not a good service for me, it runs slow all day and night. My price is cheaper, but it’s not worth it. My phone running hot. Your representatives are not helpful, they send you to three or four agencies,and the last one will tells you cut the off for ten minutes and turn it back on. And he says goodbye. Please find different customer service reps or train them thoroughly. The one sin stores are helpful, but the reps via call center are literally the worst.
I am newly returned to boost.I had always had a pleasant experience with them before.There was a separation of phone numbers from one account that led me to leave them six months go but like I said I have returned and never had a bad experience with them previously!

Never sign a contract with them. They may offer low pay monthly service but when you switch to another company without notice ,they will charge you $508 because it is awkward policy they had.
They removed my money by auto pay, please never select this fee option, they charged me anyways after 2 months I stopped having service with them.
They never called me and let me know, very lacking on customer service. Now I have to work more hours because of them.

What’s crazy is still yet I haven’t used my line with boost because all of these mishaps and things with porting a number so long ago. I even got proof that the number was ported over then they switched the number so quickly. I feel that boost has scammed me and also I’m paying for 2 lines a shame
