When I switched to Boost, the 1st few months was supposed to be @ $15 p/mo but app kept showing $25 p/mo ... had to call several times & it didn't switch to promised $15 p/mo. Finally, only a few days before due date, did it change.
I really have had no issues with Boost so far or when I have it's been because of operator error. I'm not very good with technology so I tend to make some crazy mistakes. But so far I've been happy and hope to be adding my husband to my plan soon.

I needed my payment date to be change. But was refused. I bought this phone on the 25th and need my payment date to be on the 1st of the month because I am retired and won't receive a check until the 1st of the month. So my phone will have service for days this month because a can't pay my bill until the first of August. Very disappointed

THIS STORE DOES A REALLY GREAT JOB WALKING YOU THROUGH THE PROCESS. THEY HOLD YOUR HAND THROUGH IT ALL BECAUSE ITS OVERWHELMING FOR ME CHANGING PHONES AND INFORMATION BUT THIS STORES STAFF MADE IT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE.
Since Smart Phones don't come with instructions I am trying to figure out what makes it tick... example: switching to a different screen without making it easy to get back.
The service is horrible. I’m paying $72 a month just to not have any signal and calls constantly dropping and failed text messages. I could’ve stayed with cricket.
Great service We had **** and didn’t get to use the service very often because of no signal so we are very happy as of right now with boost Mobile . And the price is great also getting 2 services for the same price as 1 with the other company

Impossible to reach customer service for a manual account verification when abroad. Terrible company. You get what you pay for I guess..will be switching to a different provider as soon as I am back to the States.

On 6-20-25 I purchased phone and service for boost from Dish. Dish guy brought phone 6-24-25 and couldnt get it working. So I drove 35 mi. to Sandusky,Oh. for a boost store 4920 Milan Rd.. Ricco worked at least an hr. on it and couldn't get it working. This was 6-25-25. My old phone was shut off from verizon by Dish guy. Ricco called Boost and they told him problem was at Boost's end but would have it on in 24 hrs.. Its still not working on 7-10-25. Calls to Boost were a waste of time. On 3 calls I could barely under stand person. So I called my credit card bank to get refund and hope Boost will sent return address label. Anymore problems from Boost and I will contact Ohio's Attorney Generals Office. I am a senior citizen and don't need this problem. Sincerely, Michael Schiets
When I ordered a SIM card they always sent me the wrong one. The last time I ordered one I had to order it 5 times they charged me for all of them till I gave up. They are incompetent.
