My mother and I paid this company to…
My mother and I paid this company to have our phone service reactivated on June 23rd and they restarted my mother's phone but did not restart mine. Since then we have contacted them through their chat support and asked them to restarted my data but they claimed they had no possible way of do so which is a load of bullcrap so today this morning we tried again and this time they said it couldn't be reset til 14th when it's suppose to reset today so whoever reads this I DO NOT recommend using boost mobile as a phone service or carrier cause they are a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE business
