Worst service ever

I signed in on May 1st but initially I got the package where you receive cancellation notification and book urself. Since such notifications work only if you respond within seconds. So I talked to them and they convinced me to buy auto booking package which was £45 on top of £20 which I already paid for earlier deal. To date which is more than 2 months I did not receive a single cancellation or auto booking at dates of my choice. I want to ask for a refund but there are no clear means of communication other than email. They will provide excuses that it’s busy bla bla then don’t scam people with that much money if you are unable to help even after 2 months of wait I am so annoyed and frustrated both over the wasted time and money

Do not trust

If it were possible, I would give zero stars. I registered with them in January, and by May, I got fed up waiting, as I did not get even one chance/one cancellation to book my test. When asked why it takes so long, all I got was that the centre I need is very in demand. Then I went online and was lucky to book my test for the 21st of November for the wanted centre. It is far, but at least I had a date. Then suddenly, the same evening, I am getting a message that their system has secured for me a test on 17th November for my second-choice test centre. There was no way of contacting them to stop this change, the phone number that delivered the message was all AI, as well as online chat. Over email, they tried to convince me they did not change my booking (I was supposed to be notified that there is an available test and have an opportunity to take it or decline it). As a result, I had the test booked for the day and place I did not want. I cancelled my registration with them and requested for refund as per their policy (if the service is not delivered within 4 weeks). I was promised the refund, but now, when I am trying to email them, I get a message that my emails will be redirected to another server, and I am getting nowhere with them. It's just a big scam.

I have paid to use the service

I have paid to use the service, but I have not received a booking. I received an email that it had not found a driving test booked, but I cannot resolve the issue. Customer service doe not respond to emails (so much for 24/7 support…) and the contact link on their website is non functional. UPDATE: So, I received an email from customer service, and can now login. I "resolved" the issue, however the system still says that there is no booking found, despite having an active booking. Have emailed to ask for a refund, and... strangely enough.... no response.

Absolutely brilliant app

Absolutely brilliant app! Signed up just yesterday morning, and by the afternoon, my driving test was rescheduled for six weeks earlier! The process was smooth as butter, and the service feels so well thought out. The support team was incredibly kind and responsive – they really made me feel looked after. Honestly, couldn’t ask for a better experience. Would 100% recommend to anyone! 🌟

Scam!!

Scam!!! Do not use!! These positive trust pilot reviews must be fake. Such a nightmare trying to book a test but this company is not the answer. Scam! Scam! Scam!

No given slots available on DVSA website

This site says paying 19 pounds can help you find available slots. You keep getting notifications, but when you try to book even within a minute of notification, the slots are no longer available. They are making fools, just losing money. I tried to chat with support but they didn't respond, I asked to change my plan to $49 for auto booking, no response, finally had to delete my account.

Very efficient company

Very efficient company . Manage to find me a date within days for the first time I requested to change . However , on the second time , when I requested to change my date due to unforeseen circumstances, they can’t do it for later date as the system only works for earlier date . I don’t understand the logic behind it . The system should works either way to allow flexibility for customers.
