Worst service ever

I signed in on May 1st but initially I got the package where you receive cancellation notification and book urself. Since such notifications work only if you respond within seconds. So I talked to them and they convinced me to buy auto booking package which was £45 on top of £20 which I already paid for earlier deal. To date which is more than 2 months I did not receive a single cancellation or auto booking at dates of my choice. I want to ask for a refund but there are no clear means of communication other than email. They will provide excuses that it’s busy bla bla then don’t scam people with that much money if you are unable to help even after 2 months of wait I am so annoyed and frustrated both over the wasted time and money

Do not trust

If it were possible, I would give zero stars. I registered with them in January, and by May, I got fed up waiting, as I did not get even one chance/one cancellation to book my test. When asked why it takes so long, all I got was that the centre I need is very in demand. Then I went online and was lucky to book my test for the 21st of November for the wanted centre. It is far, but at least I had a date. Then suddenly, the same evening, I am getting a message that their system has secured for me a test on 17th November for my second-choice test centre. There was no way of contacting them to stop this change, the phone number that delivered the message was all AI, as well as online chat. Over email, they tried to convince me they did not change my booking (I was supposed to be notified that there is an available test and have an opportunity to take it or decline it). As a result, I had the test booked for the day and place I did not want. I cancelled my registration with them and requested for refund as per their policy (if the service is not delivered within 4 weeks). I was promised the refund, but now, when I am trying to email them, I get a message that my emails will be redirected to another server, and I am getting nowhere with them. It's just a big scam.

It is a total scam

It is a total scam, please avoid it. They assured me they'd find me a slot within a month, which never happened. They offered slots at places 100-200 miles away. Now I am trying to reach them to get a refund and can't even get in touch with them.

Scammers sent me 3 emails over the…

Scammers sent me 4 emails over the period of 4 days each one with the exact same date and time 11th march 2025 1:25pm for the test clicked on the link everyday and no test slots available even tho it was seconds after reciveing the email dont waste your money SCAM COMPANY I asked for a refund and they told me it's non refundable even tho it says can't find a date 100% money back

It’s fake

It’s fake! As soon as you click to make a booking it says there is no available tests. I was told by ‘ customer service’ that I should give it a week if not then I can get a refund. I have made numerous attempts to contact customer service and I’ve had no reply. Don’t waste your money.

It’s a scam

It’s a scam, do not fall for all the positive reviews of this place. Was told after two weeks if no test was found they’d refund me £49. They don’t reply to any emails and I haven’t got this refund plus they told me to book my test at a random test centre up north when I live in London so will need to change that too. Absolute scammers!! Please don’t fall for this. I will be escalating this matter as I have connections and hopefully this website will be down soon!

This is a scam

This is a scam! Paid the amount required to expedite my daughter’s driving test date (move earlier). She has an active driving test booking through DVSA for June and this website I was told by the staff they will find an earlier date within a month (from the time I paid which was December 18th 2024). Nothing happened since I paid the amount required. Now I couldn’t get through to my account even with their verification code. Contacted them several times through email, no reply. 24/7 customer service is non-functional. Reported them to my Amex card company and will hopefully take the money back. Don’t waste your time. This is a total scam! They are quick to contact you on the phone to convince you, they are legit, but you could not get hold of anyone after that. Shame…

I am very disgusted with them! I paid 49 pounds last month and they did nothing of what they promised! I tried many times to get in touch with them, but no one answers on the chat! Don’t waste your time and your money. They’re big scam!!!!
