I have paid to use the service
I have paid to use the service, but I have not received a booking. I received an email that it had not found a driving test booked, but I cannot resolve the issue. Customer service doe not respond to emails (so much for 24/7 support…) and the contact link on their website is non functional. UPDATE: So, I received an email from customer service, and can now login. I "resolved" the issue, however the system still says that there is no booking found, despite having an active booking. Have emailed to ask for a refund, and... strangely enough.... no response.
