Worst service ever

I signed in on May 1st but initially I got the package where you receive cancellation notification and book urself. Since such notifications work only if you respond within seconds. So I talked to them and they convinced me to buy auto booking package which was £45 on top of £20 which I already paid for earlier deal. To date which is more than 2 months I did not receive a single cancellation or auto booking at dates of my choice. I want to ask for a refund but there are no clear means of communication other than email. They will provide excuses that it’s busy bla bla then don’t scam people with that much money if you are unable to help even after 2 months of wait I am so annoyed and frustrated both over the wasted time and money

Do not trust

If it were possible, I would give zero stars. I registered with them in January, and by May, I got fed up waiting, as I did not get even one chance/one cancellation to book my test. When asked why it takes so long, all I got was that the centre I need is very in demand. Then I went online and was lucky to book my test for the 21st of November for the wanted centre. It is far, but at least I had a date. Then suddenly, the same evening, I am getting a message that their system has secured for me a test on 17th November for my second-choice test centre. There was no way of contacting them to stop this change, the phone number that delivered the message was all AI, as well as online chat. Over email, they tried to convince me they did not change my booking (I was supposed to be notified that there is an available test and have an opportunity to take it or decline it). As a result, I had the test booked for the day and place I did not want. I cancelled my registration with them and requested for refund as per their policy (if the service is not delivered within 4 weeks). I was promised the refund, but now, when I am trying to email them, I get a message that my emails will be redirected to another server, and I am getting nowhere with them. It's just a big scam.

Lots of room for improvement …

Paid £97 in total only to be let down and spend all my time chatting with a useless bot. I informed them on 26th March that I was unable to attend my test. I paid a rebooking fee that assured me they would find another date for me as well as my preferred test centre. I was advised against cancelling my booking on DVSA by the bot. Had I done that, I would have been reimbursed my £62 and rebooked for a later date. They wrote to me saying I had to restart the process of rebooking in DVSA all over again then she would begin the auto booking process. I could not do this because it was short notice. My test was today, I could not attend. I had no option of cancelling and I have lost my DVSA £62. I have asked to be contacted countless times but the customer support members has been ignoring me. Anyone looking to use them please be advised that the process is expensive, tiresome and frustrating. They bait you at first with paying £19 then £49 then £29 for rebooking and it goes on and on. Nothing in this life should be this stressful. Would not recommend. Amendment - 8/4/25 From 1 star to 2 stars. Resolution. 1. Team reached out - via call and email 2. Received my refund - £ 68 (auto booking fees & rebooking fees) 3. Agreed to provide the next booking service on a complementary basis. Currently waiting on a date. Advise to Book Driving test: 1.Better communication Chanel. Customers are trusting you with their money. it is unfair to not have a customer support contact for people to reach you when they panic. You instead have a team in place that does not respond to enquiries in a timely manner. It is unfortunate that we have to come to Trustpilot, disgruntled, to complain so as to get your attention. 2.Openness. Please do not take advantage of people because of their desperation. It is unjust of you to have people assume that your services cost £19, only for them to pay up and get email notifications with unavailable dates on DVSA. Then to use their desperation even further and ask them to pay an extra £49 for a one time auto booking service. Later ask for £29 for rebooking. Yes it is a choice we make to pay but Just be clear from the start. Granted, you do get results, I believe you could do better.

This is a straight up scam

This is a straight up scam. I paid for the auto booking so in total I've paid them £68 and I messaged that virtual help thing about 2 weeks ago they said I can be refunded and it's been processed will take 5-10 days how ever I've seen no refund and I've emailed support I've heard nothing back from them completely impossible to get in touch with them other than that robot which obviously doesn't work. Don't let these people take your money. I found my self a test now there was loads available but some how this app couldn't find me one. SCAM

Not impressed

So far I am not impressed with this company. Paid the £19 got a cancellation same day via email, clicked on the link which then wanted us to pay a further £49 but by the time we had done that I had lost the cancellation app! Now it keeps saying my theory test details and email are not valid! This has happened for two days. We have emailed and are not getting anywhere with them, infact they haven’t even emailed back.

It is completely not worth to pay £19…

It is completely not worth to pay £19 for this service. There is a lot of app provided free time slot cancellation on the play store or apple store. Very disappointed this company. Their other plan is £49 with auto book, but it really expensive than other company. So, just don't use their service. Wasting my money at all.
