Worst service ever

I signed in on May 1st but initially I got the package where you receive cancellation notification and book urself. Since such notifications work only if you respond within seconds. So I talked to them and they convinced me to buy auto booking package which was £45 on top of £20 which I already paid for earlier deal. To date which is more than 2 months I did not receive a single cancellation or auto booking at dates of my choice. I want to ask for a refund but there are no clear means of communication other than email. They will provide excuses that it’s busy bla bla then don’t scam people with that much money if you are unable to help even after 2 months of wait I am so annoyed and frustrated both over the wasted time and money

Do not trust

If it were possible, I would give zero stars. I registered with them in January, and by May, I got fed up waiting, as I did not get even one chance/one cancellation to book my test. When asked why it takes so long, all I got was that the centre I need is very in demand. Then I went online and was lucky to book my test for the 21st of November for the wanted centre. It is far, but at least I had a date. Then suddenly, the same evening, I am getting a message that their system has secured for me a test on 17th November for my second-choice test centre. There was no way of contacting them to stop this change, the phone number that delivered the message was all AI, as well as online chat. Over email, they tried to convince me they did not change my booking (I was supposed to be notified that there is an available test and have an opportunity to take it or decline it). As a result, I had the test booked for the day and place I did not want. I cancelled my registration with them and requested for refund as per their policy (if the service is not delivered within 4 weeks). I was promised the refund, but now, when I am trying to email them, I get a message that my emails will be redirected to another server, and I am getting nowhere with them. It's just a big scam.

Scam website no contact number , took my £19 sent me a few fake booking slots into my junk mail , and when checked bo bookings available , now i cannot even access dvsa site as theyve sent sime bug , will be getting money back from credit card company Reply to ypur reply , i am a user as you have took my.money from my account after reassuring me i will o ly get charged once alot is booked which has not been booked , and àll your notifications go into junk mail , was not told that i would have to keep eye on junk mail , now the gov site will not let me even go on theyre site as i used your link and it has barred me all together and keep getting your msgs to upgrade and pay another £49 No contact number , online help it a bot and cannot even speak to anyone , when i 1st enquired on your site soon got a call , once paid no help so it is a scam site

I had already failed my test once and…

I had already failed my test once and was devastated when I saw that the next available test was months away. But thanks to bookdrivingtest.co.uk, I was able to secure a test within just two weeks! If you’re serious about passing your test sooner, this service is a must!

Booking in area of my choice

Book driving test was able to get me a test that was in the area of my choice and a closer time which is better than the one I booked. I would definitely recommend them if your looking for an earlier test date.

The book driving test app was amazing

The book driving test app was amazing, I could only get a test with the DVLA for my daughter for 6 months time. She was told by her instructor she needed it a lot sooner as she was ready. I joined the book driving test app and within 48 hours they had found her a cancellation for 2 months earlier and booked it for her. Absolutely amazing would highly recommend them to anyone. Worth every penny.

❗️❗️❗️Everyone listen to me,this company is a scam❗️❗️❗️They sent me fake tests just so that they could steal my 19 pounds. I will be reporting this company for blatantly scamming people and I will be getting my 19 pounds back whatever it takes. Do not make the mistake of booking them. I went to the dvsa app myself and found a test on my own.ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE COMPANY.

Fake “alerts” and test times that are impossible to exist!

I only set the alerts up yesterday and I already regret it! Paid £19, which I had thought was only supposed to be paid when you got your test? Also they’ve sent me 5 apparent cancellations/new tests on the first day of being signed up yet all the times they’ve stated don’t exist! My test centre does tests at random times (eg 10.04) and everything that has been sent through on the hour. Plus sent me a “7am” test opening when the tests don’t start until 8! It’s taking advantage of young people who are being let down by the current waiting times and it’s disgraceful. Will try to get a refund but by the looks of other reviews I’ll likely need to go through my bank. Don’t use them!

If I could put 0 I would. Absolutely con. Scam. Booked for my son, no notifications, can’t get a response to the 6 emails I’ve sent, wrote a previous review was told someone would call. Nothing. DO NOT USE.

SENT ME THE WRONG TIME - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER

Test booked through their cancellation service and I arrived today at the confirmed time of 16:29 to be turned away by the DVSA and told that my slot was actually booked in at 15:29, despite me having the proof of booking on my phone and the email confirmation from this company. Tried to find a number to contact customer services and nothing at all online. Emailed and no response - absolute waste of money and I am now out of pocket for both my test, the fees for finding a cancellation, my instructors time for the test and my lesson beforehand. Not to mention I now can't get another test this year based on DVSA availability. Absolute shambles - UPDATE: the company refunded me the test price and offered me a replacement service but I'm still yet to hear from them. I've tried emailing numerous times and just get ignored and when I log into the portal it says that the DVSA website is not available when it's during normal working hours 🤔 really poor service
