SENT ME THE WRONG TIME - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER
Test booked through their cancellation service and I arrived today at the confirmed time of 16:29 to be turned away by the DVSA and told that my slot was actually booked in at 15:29, despite me having the proof of booking on my phone and the email confirmation from this company. Tried to find a number to contact customer services and nothing at all online. Emailed and no response - absolute waste of money and I am now out of pocket for both my test, the fees for finding a cancellation, my instructors time for the test and my lesson beforehand. Not to mention I now can't get another test this year based on DVSA availability. Absolute shambles - UPDATE: the company refunded me the test price and offered me a replacement service but I'm still yet to hear from them. I've tried emailing numerous times and just get ignored and when I log into the portal it says that the DVSA website is not available when it's during normal working hours 🤔 really poor service
