Worst service ever

I signed in on May 1st but initially I got the package where you receive cancellation notification and book urself. Since such notifications work only if you respond within seconds. So I talked to them and they convinced me to buy auto booking package which was £45 on top of £20 which I already paid for earlier deal. To date which is more than 2 months I did not receive a single cancellation or auto booking at dates of my choice. I want to ask for a refund but there are no clear means of communication other than email. They will provide excuses that it’s busy bla bla then don’t scam people with that much money if you are unable to help even after 2 months of wait I am so annoyed and frustrated both over the wasted time and money

Do not trust

If it were possible, I would give zero stars. I registered with them in January, and by May, I got fed up waiting, as I did not get even one chance/one cancellation to book my test. When asked why it takes so long, all I got was that the centre I need is very in demand. Then I went online and was lucky to book my test for the 21st of November for the wanted centre. It is far, but at least I had a date. Then suddenly, the same evening, I am getting a message that their system has secured for me a test on 17th November for my second-choice test centre. There was no way of contacting them to stop this change, the phone number that delivered the message was all AI, as well as online chat. Over email, they tried to convince me they did not change my booking (I was supposed to be notified that there is an available test and have an opportunity to take it or decline it). As a result, I had the test booked for the day and place I did not want. I cancelled my registration with them and requested for refund as per their policy (if the service is not delivered within 4 weeks). I was promised the refund, but now, when I am trying to email them, I get a message that my emails will be redirected to another server, and I am getting nowhere with them. It's just a big scam.

My experience so far with this company…

My experience so far with this company has been a bad one, with their deceitful advert “no notification no payment” but you will get charged (£19) and receive 1 notification that doesn’t look real to pay more for automatic booking (£49), only to be told they can’t find your booking on DVSA website when you have already provided them with everything including your booking test presence number and provisional driving license number. I sincerely hope I get what I paid for because it is quite unfair to spend a lot with nothing to show for it UPADATE: Telling me that my experience is unique makes no difference, driving license is 18 digit and for a company that claims to find tests for people, you should be conversant with the first 16 digits used in test booking. I mustn’t spell it out before you know this. That said, for a company that charges this amount of money, one would assume that your system is the best in test rebooking but so far nothing. I sincerely hope that my money doesn’t go to waste since you don’t offer refund

I requested a refund almost immediately the next day after signing up before even receiving any notification as I didn’t have a test booked, I wasn’t aware that I needed to have a test booked and after speaking with their bot I quickly emailed and requested a refund, I’ve received no response and NO refund - I cannot use the service and would like my money back please Update- i received a £30 amazon voucher for my troubles - so its not a scam I was just able to book my test elsewhere and the service was no longer applicable to me but I still have my membership and can still receive updates for future reference so yes I will recommend this company to others

I don't know how to reply to the apps…

I don't know how to reply to the apps reply to my previous message, but they mentioned I can opt out, how do i proceed for a refund because I feel hard done by, only received one notifications and got charged instantly ( it was a fake test) so I bought the auto booking and they keep deactivating my account and changing the test timeline, I want a refund please and thank you. If so, I will retrack my statement that this app is a scam

Avoid this sham website

Avoid this sham website. They charge you £19 and then notify you of a slot which will be booked up by bots on the DVSA website. So it's impossible to actually get a booking and then tell you to pay an additional £49 so your first £19 goes to waste even though it really didn't serve a purpose since you can't book on the DVSA website because the bots will take up slot anyway. They mention reserving on the website and no reservation takes place. The service is equivalent to you trying to book on the DVSA website so an impossible task. I will be asking for my money from my bank. Anyone that's hasn't paid into it should avoid this company completely. They mention reserving slots as a way to help you book but they end up giving you a link to DVSA website as though I don't have access to the website myself. No reservations occur. Just another way of getting your money through deception.

Beware

Paid the required booking fee to find a Test date in our area and was very happy initially with the result. Within a few days we had a test booked, it was a little bit short notice but managed to arrange the driving instructor & car to be at the test centre for the given time of 8.03 am, only to find that the actual time should have been 7.03am. My son MISSED his test appointment DUE TO THIER ERROR. Company seems to be based in Abu Dhabi,UAE So that would account for the time difference. Have taken into account BST starts when the clocks go forward in spring. At 1am on the last Sunday in March the test was booked 01/04/2025. After reading recent reviews, We are not alone and this isn't an isolated incident. So far after only being able to email (they dont have a phone number) the company, i am still waiting as no reply after a week of trying and only one email address supportbookdrivingtest.co.uk I am over £180 out of pocket due to their error. Waiting for a responce about how they are going to reimburse me and provide the service the advertise. I am putting this on Trust pilot to warn others. Happy to report back and amend on Trust pilot if they choose to acknowledge me and offer a suitable resolution for their error, if not I will take this to Trading Standards and the Ombudsman. The company promptly responded to my online post & issues have now been resolved.
