My experience so far with this company has been a bad one, with their deceitful advert “no notification no payment” but you will get charged (£19) and receive 1 notification that doesn’t look real to pay more for automatic booking (£49), only to be told they can’t find your booking on DVSA website when you have already provided them with everything including your booking test presence number and provisional driving license number. I sincerely hope I get what I paid for because it is quite unfair to spend a lot with nothing to show for it UPADATE: Telling me that my experience is unique makes no difference, driving license is 18 digit and for a company that claims to find tests for people, you should be conversant with the first 16 digits used in test booking. I mustn’t spell it out before you know this. That said, for a company that charges this amount of money, one would assume that your system is the best in test rebooking but so far nothing. I sincerely hope that my money doesn’t go to waste since you don’t offer refund
